I think the biscuits were beautiful and tasted terrific too. Only downside was the pretty tin arrived dented (probably due to poor handling by the delivery service). A great purchase overall.

I've used these chaps a lot recently. Every order has been perfect start to finish. They even helped so nicely when I'd entered the wrong door number for a gift, and promptly corrected the issue for me. The products are high quality, and delivery and packaging are spot on too. Highly recommend.
Will use again and again.
Thank you, Biscuiteers!

My dad loved his personalised biscuit box! I live in the US and he’s in the UK and the whole process of selection, ordering and delivery was simple and efficient 😃

So good arrived on time as gift for my ginger loving Bff’s birthday 🎁 stunning even her daughter wanted to steel it

These were a gift so I can't comment on the quality. They arrived on the expected date but the gift note was missing which meant my recipient had to phone up to find out who they were from. Even then they were just given a first name which left them guessing who it was from. Quite disappointing considering the price as they are on the expensive side. Otherwise very happy with the experience ☺️

Used BISCUITEERS for some time now for Christmas and Easter gifts. Always reliable, on time delivery and excellent products guaranteed. Also good customer service whether during ordering process or as after sale follow up.

These biscuits were for my daughter, son in law and three granddaughters and they were for Easter. They didn't make it, they were eaten on the day of arrival. The girls love them so I'm happy. They arrived on the day I chose so all in all, it was perfect.

Ordering process was a mess and was offered £10 on my account which did not solve anything. When I requested a different solution, I was ignored. Such a shame as this used to be a great place to buy personalised gifts.

I should have read all the negative reviews prior to ordering. Mother’s Day gift (purchased after email marketing re ‘Mother’s Day delivery by Sunday’). The delivery was only first attempted to be delivered on Tuesday 17th (2 days late). So do not order for gift occasions such as Mother’s Day or Birthdays where the date actually matters. Customer ‘service’ do not reply and it’s simply not good enough repeatedly blaming the delivery partner you as a company chose, own the customer experience.

I ordered a Mother’s Day biscuit gift from Biscuiteers on 5 March, selecting Mother’s Day delivery and paying £4.95 for postage.
Unfortunately the parcel did not arrive until Monday 16 March, the day after Mother’s Day. Royal Mail tracking shows it was dispatched at 18:18 on Friday 13 March from Croydon, which meant it entered the network very late for a weekend delivery to Inverness.
In my view that dispatch timing made a late delivery fairly predictable. I had ordered over a week in advance, so there was ample time for the item to have been sent earlier in the week, which would have made delivery before the occasion much more likely.
Customer service were polite and responsive, but they maintained that because the standard Royal Mail service is not guaranteed, they would not refund the £4.95 postage, even though the gift arrived after the event it was purchased for.
The biscuits themselves are lovely, but when you are buying an occasion-specific gift, delivery timing matters. The experience left me disappointed, particularly as this was my first time ordering from the company.
Update following Biscuiteers’ reply:
Biscuiteers have since explained that orders are typically dispatched late in the day before the requested delivery date, and in this case via a Tracked 24/48 service. However, this just reinforces my concern — dispatching at that time, using a non-guaranteed service, creates a clear risk of missing time-sensitive deliveries, particularly for locations such as Inverness. In my view, if specific dates are offered at checkout for occasions like Mother’s Day, the dispatch timing and delivery method should be aligned with achieving that outcome.

Placed my order on friday13th at 0934 hrs for delivery on Saturday14th for my friend coming out if hospital. This is Monday16th and still not delivered - had to ask her if she’d received anything in the post - which ruined the surprise. I’ve email twice and no reply yet - how disappointing and they had the cheek to send me an email with a discount code - I dont think I’ll be using that thank you
