I have twice made use of Bonallack & Bishop's services, once for a lease extension on my flat, and then subsequently a property sale and purchase.

In both cases I've received extremely professional and responsive service from them and would highly recommend for both of these purposes.

The process of buying and selling property (especially leasehold) can be a long and stressful one but having a good solicitor who you feel is listening to you, is on your side and is proactive makes all the difference, and that's exactly the level of service I received from this firm.

Hollie was absolutely superb, really attentive and on-hand when we had queries. Bonallack & Bishop made things straightforward and were a pleasure to deal with. Would recommend highly!

Bonallack and Bishop assisted me with a very complex maladministration claim against a Local Authority. Their skill, experience and pragmatic approach during the negotiations no doubt played a major part in the outcome, which resulted in a very satisfactory financial award

I was first put in touch with Liam through a friend's work solicitor and from the first correspondence he was extremely helpful and honest. The moment he took over my divorce proceedings I felt at ease and confident that it would be sorted.
Hopefully I won't need to use him again, but wouldn't hesitate to use him or recommend his services.

My experience of Bonallack and Bishop has been a journey of sheer wonder. Selling my late fathers estate was chock full of twists and jaw dropping moments. Caroline Chandler was truly magnificent and navigated us through rocky paths to a calm completion. I was so pleased that I immediately employed their services to purchase my own home. The process was flawless. What was so important was the ability to speak to Caroline, she freely gave up her time and happily discussed issues without clock watching or being impatient. Wonderful service. Considering the huge amount of work they perform, compared with an estate agent who creams off a more than generous commission, they are excellent value and deserving of a good reputation. Awful. Just awful with communication, badly written letters with the grammar of a 10 year old created by their “expert” Dinshaw. They cost me a fortune & my divorce & settlements is still unresolved. Absolutely no advice given just message handlers, very expensive ones too. Avoid, please avoid - their good reviews must be fake. Don’t bother complaining to the ombudsman either - they’re protected.

I have felt so comfortable when dealing with personal issues. Micky Rendell has been so very kind & understanding & has done everything I asked of her. I highly recommend this company. Thank you Micky.

I first went to Bonallack and Bishop last year, for family law I was put through to Liam Oliver. I was worried at first very panicky but Liam had the time for me when I needed him he made me feel like I was his only client with his speedy response. He made every effort to accommodate my needs and give me advice when needed. I’m pleased to say I got the court order I wanted which was done with out fuss and with out no messing about, my costs were kept to a minimum as a result. William Parsons got in touch and gave me very detailed information by e-mail, and also on the phone, on all possible avenues and the cost of each option. He undertook an initial lease report and also chased the other party to get in contact with us. What’s not to like. For many years both my wife and I have called on the professionalism and experience from many different departments within the Bonallack and Bishop practice. This has included numerous successful property transactions, drawing up of our Wills and more recently in concluding the management of LPA documentation which was made easier than envisaged due to the patient and professional approach afforded by Joanna and Kerry-Anne. This professional ‘can do’ approach is evident as soon as you enter the Salisbury Practice. Would encourage any group with a complex leasehold/freehold deal to use this solicitors. Had the boss Jen & her team including Jake look after us & the rates they charged were better than any other quote we had.......well done Bonallack & Bishop.

I have just used Bonallack & Bishop to sell my property. I chose to use this firm again as they had previously help the sale of my Mum's property when she died. I found the staff very efficient professional but friendly and sympathetic. This extends from the lady in reception to Amelia who dealt with all the legal work. They certainly make a difficult time less stressful and are always on hand should you need them. Best of all is their rates are very reasonable. I don't think I will ever use anyone else for any legal matters in the future.

Bonallack and Bishop -Very professional and great people who helped me get on the property ladder. When looking to buy my first home I was very overwhelmed and had no idea where to start.
