Recovery gone wrong
This company has been very harmful to me as a customer. They claimed to have recovered my lost funds and charged me more than 100% of the funds I have lost without providing a service. I have been patient and compliant with their system since 03/02/2023 which is not transparent at all. It appears that their aim is to steal money from me rather than to provide service. I was disheartened to learn that the company does not even have a refund policy therefore they can't issue a refund, instead they are demanding more payments. Customer service is neither here nor there in this company. Not only did bitcoinrecovery24 stole money from me e under false promises, they also stole my personal identity on 21 February 2023 when they promised to open a Trust wallet account for me. Instead, they used my identity to open an investment account without my consent. The funds meant for recovery diverted to investment.
