I am very happy with Bitfinex's support. I think I made something wrong with my lightning invoice, then I had to send them a message and they quickly responded to me saying that the withdrawal would be canceled as soon as possible.

The staff responded to my support request very fast. It takes less than 10 minutes each time we discussed back and forth via e-mail.

I see a potential in this exchange, and very good reviews in other websites, so I did the signup process and started the verification stage (uploaded all documentation) but has been 8 weeks, two months and no notice at all.

It could be faster, I think.

EDIT: soon after this post, the good people at Bitfinex checked the case and did the proper steps to get the account verified quickly. Thanks.

Friendly service and quick response.

Bitfinex is a SCAM, they have been holding my withdrawal in deadlock for over a weak, there SUPPORT needs to be followed up two to tree times to get any response. STAY AWAY, they take your Crypto but they don't pay your Crypto back!!!

Since the last three years I have nothing to complain about Bitfinex. Today I reached out to support as I had a question and I got a very fast and precise feedback.

Whilst I have always had a prompt answer from Bitfinex, I was particularly impressed with Adam Butler in my interactions with him around liquidations. He did everything I think an elite sales person would do, provide the information, explain it clearly (not just send a link) and even come back to me at one point saying "please give me some time to reply as it will take a while to put this together". My experience has never been bad but this was exceptional.

The Bitfinex team consistently push the envelope on delivering best exchange experience possible to demanding investors like myself. Independent Kaiko data analysis confirms, very few other exchanges reach the tight spreads and depth of liquidity plus uptime when it really counts as Bitfinex consistently does. Not to mention backing open source projects and supporting core crypto devs in their work.

Without warning or justification Bitfinex locked all of my account activity and are asking for information that does not exist in order to get it back. Other exchanges have odious KYC processes but this is on a whole other level. AVOID at all costs

Absolutely, in my opinion, the best crypto trading platform.

After 36 hours I still did not receive purchased Ethereum. Bitfinex and Mercuryo are hustlers and cheaters. They use my money/ETH to make profit. And now they are not replying and my money is gone. I will report this scam to police and share over social media. If you don`t want to loose money avoid Bitfinex

I had to contact team support and they was very helpful and professional. I like so much Bitfenix which will be the biggest exchange site in the future if the support team still help like this.

Great platform, but they need to improve or dedicate more resources to the lending pro section. I've had back and forth emails exchanged with support where they have told me it's a known issue and they are working on it. I would have given 5 stars but this issue is very annoying and has affected my returns, since the lending pro section has not been working or populating properly. Shame.

Whenever I have an issue or a question, the support team is really reactive and follows up very quickly to my concern.

They always provide answers in less that an hour and sometimes even in the next following 5 minutes.

I could not access my account for a 20 min. and wrote this guys a quick ticket, in a short time they turn back and feed me about the situation and finally they solved issue quickly!
