You should check your Google Play store reviews they're getting worse and worse by the day. This used to be my favorite app.
Hundreds of users, including myself, have expressed disappointment with the new 3D Bitmojis. While many services have switched to 3D, Bitmoji’s original 2D style was unique and loved by so many. Now, with the 3D look, it feels like a downgrade, and we’re left scrambling to save any remaining 2D images. On top of that, you’ve already removed the ability to create custom text emojis, which many of us used frequently. These changes are making me, and likely others, seriously consider uninstalling the app. You need to give users the option to go back to 2D, or you risk losing thousands of loyal customers. Please consider bringing it back.

Loved the original, but this new 3D update is horrible and not setting option to choose to go back to 2D. Will be deleting app for now and will come back if they make changes.

Not even worth one star now you’ve ruined Bitmoji’s uniqueness! 3D was NOT the way to go! The avatar is horrible! PLEASE FOR THE LOVE OF ALL MANKIND CHANGE IT BACK!!! Literally NO ONE likes it!!! RIP CUTE 2D AVATAR!! :-(

The new 3D avatars are simply AWFUL!!! The old 2Ds were so adorably classic, much more cartoon-like and silly. At least give the option to choose between the two, but you most definitely have to bring back the older 2D version. We're begging you, PLEASE!!! 🙏🏼

New avatars are absolutely horrible. Should give users options. Used to make my day to use these, now it makes me cry lol No longer using until revert back.

These new 3D avatars are horrible. The thing I liked the most about my avatar was that it was cute and cartoonish. Now they're just hideous and look nothing like the people making them. I spent a long time getting mine just right only to have it suddenly pop up as this ugly 3D thing with harsh edges and no personality. If I could give zero Stars I would. Please give us the option at least to go back and forth between the two I promise you nobody's going to use the 3D if that option becomes available.

Disappointed in the new 3-D avatars. A big appeal for me with the original avatars is that they were clearly cartoon-like and not hyperrealistic. This made them much more fun and often comical to use in conversations.
At the risk of embarrassing/horrifying my children, I would say “it’s giving tryhard”.

I read that the 3D update will help bitmojis look 'more realistic'. NO ONE wants a REALISTIC Bitmoji!! I'll just use a photo in that case! And the 3D looks LESS like me and my friends and family even after giving it a chance. But tweaking did NOT WORK. The 2D Bitmoji was UNIQUE. The 3D looks like all the rest now. And, they were the CUTEST by far. I loved seeing myself as a CARTOON CHARACTER!! At LEAST gv users a chance to CHOOSE w a toggle or something. THAT wuld gv the company exact info on what is more popular. I've uninstalled my app.

Nobody wants this 3d Bitmoji that looks like a poor man's apple avatar, and gives all the male characters gayface. Cannot make it look like me anymore just looks like I have George Michael's smile, which is a nice smile on him, but it ain't mine! Bring back the classic!

BRING BACK 2D BITMOJI. NO ONE ASKED FOR THIS 3D odd trash.

Nope! Do NOT like the 3D version. That they FORCED it on us makes it even worse.I can't even get close to what I have given the few choices where it matters, but PLENTY of choices for all kinds of piercings.... give me a break.
SO sick of all the woke crap.
If Bitmoji wanted to revamp, they should have branched off a whole new woke 3D version, and left the choice with US as to which one we wanted to use.

I cannot stand the new look for Bitmoji. The 3D change has made it look completely off. Many teachers use this to make lessons more engaging. I won't be using it again. Such a shame.

They changed my avatar and I hate it! I can't change it back.

I don't care for the new style of Bitmoji at all and I really wish you would go back to the previous style. This new style don't look whatsoever anything like the Bitmoji I had made originally and I have had Bitmoji for well over three or four years but sadly I'm going to have to delete my account because I don't have any use for these the way they look because they're not fun to look at at all. No one likes them and are complaining about the new look and deleting Bitmoji. You're losing us all.

I’ve been using Bitmoji for years and always loved the customization options and the unique look of the avatars. Unfortunately, the latest update has completely changed the style of the avatars, and I have to say I’m extremely disappointed.

The new design feels off – the avatars look less expressive, unnatural, and overall worse than before. Instead of improving the experience, the update has taken away the charm that made Bitmoji so fun to use. The proportions and facial features seem strange, and even with customization, it’s hard to make the avatar truly resemble me anymore.

I don’t understand why such a drastic change was necessary. It would have been much better to offer this new style as an optional feature rather than forcing all users to switch. Many long-time users, including myself, are now considering stopping using Bitmoji altogether because it just doesn’t feel the same.

I really hope the developers listen to the community and bring back the old style or at least allow users to choose between the two. Right now, this update feels like a huge step backward.

Hello good morning Snapchat Offical I don't feel very good with the new bitemoji update I think you can do like some teenager stuff lipliner,lipstick,makeup,long short eyelashes,y2k clothing and shoes,alot of accesories,black people hairstyles,caucaisan hairstyles. and new stuff trending stuff different faces shapes and eyes and brows that could make Snapchat&Bitemoji better!

Not a fan of the new 3D version of my avatar. I am forced to use it and do not have the option to switch back to previous avatars. The old avatars were funny and cartoonish. Which was why I loved them. I would love to have the option to switch back to other avatar version.
