They would have got a five star review but they robbed me on purpose and were totally unapologetic. I purchased a one month subscription earlier this year and used the program successfully for about a week. They would have got a good review at that stage. But then, at the beginning of February, they charged me again. I got on to them straight away and they gave me the old 'once it's been issued, we can't refund' routine. This is despite the fact I never used the program again. This is a deliberate ploy on their part. Other companies are not so unhelpful. It's not that they can't refund. It's that they won't. Amazingly, I have received a partial refund despite previously being told that this was impossible. So they're a bunch of liars too! They wanted me to 'update ' my review, so I have.

I bought a one month subscription after seeing some of my photo does recovered in the preview scan, however, it greyed out immediately after the actual revoery and 90 percent of the images were grey in half, can not get a refund either as no one is replying

Used Data Recovery tool of Bitwar and found the file to recover. Validation of preview was impossible (binary file) so the only way to find out was to buy a license. Then the file was "successfully recovered", as claimed by the tool, but it was not. File is corrupted, unusable and was not recovered. They don't see the fault on their side, so they won't refund me, although they claim a 100% reliable data recovery and even have a money-back-guarantee on their website. Looks like a big scam to me!

After this report on Trustpilot I received a confirmation of my refund request.

I had bought a subscription and later tried to cancel it. they ignored every attempt. when they charged me a second time to renew it I raised hell and they refused to refund it. this place is a scam, they steal your money. don't trust them.

I need a 5 minute video clip, this is an interview with a woman and I don't know why it disappeared from my hard drive, the drive is shown please insert the disk into the disk now, I asked my colleague to help retrieve the video, however, he can only help me find some tutorials and you know what finally I got the video back following with the solution from Bitwar website. Many thanks.

On a trip far from home, I transferred almost 60 percent of my photos from the camera to the tablet and lost them. I have no idea what to do as these photos are so important, one of my friends asked me you should probably need to spend money and getting them back at the local photo shop or electronics store.

I finally came across Bitwar Data Recovery as some of my photos are typically private and cannot be seen by others, I tried it, and 99% of the images were recovered! The rest are permanently damaged. I'm glad I found it.

I ordered a Toshiba external hard drive. It took less than a month for things to go wrong. Within two months, my computer didn't recognize the drive. Luckily, I bought Bitwar Data Recovery as it can fully recover my data.

I am writing in response to the negative review previously submitted by me.
Because of the difference in time accross regions.... Bitwar have replied to me and have patiently been trying to ascertain what is going wrong with the recovery process.
Since then the app has started to work.... it will take me a day to recover my files so I have not completed the process.
However I am very happy with the response from Bitwar thus far and they have offered to cancel the payment for the transaction if I am unable to recover my data. That being said I would like to retract my previous review and say thank you to Mr. Gary Zhang for his patience and assistance thus far.

This software is very nice to use, I recovered all my lost videos successfully. It's worth to note that the 30-day free trial is really considerate, I will consider to buy the lifelong license and always keep it on my PC. Recommend this software to you all.

Great program! Easy to use and recovered my word documents in a few seconds. Previewing before recovery is really convenient. I got the free trial, I'll pay for it later.
Anyway, Highly recommended!

The software provides simple and guided steps when you first download and install on your system. I just followed the tutorial or the guided steps and I am able to recover back my lost data easily without any professional operation skills etc. Good for data recovery software recommendations for all Users who just want to recover their lost data back!
