Nice feedback, very good comms, great post-sale service, fast shipment. A real pleasure to do bussiness with. I order several times with a real good outcome on every single one, and they solve quickly any problem arising on the transactions.
The only point to be revised is the need for more stock, we're too many clients, and I should purchased a lot more bits on my orders.

The site was easy to navigate and the product pictures were all very good quality, making finding the right parts that bit easier. Delivery was prompt.

It took very little time from I made my order until it was shipped and didn't take very long to arrive. Just under 5 days, which is good since I live in another country. The packaging was also very good and the so was the products.

Orders from Bitzbox always arrive in good time unless there is a problem and then you are quickly informed of any delay. You soon know that your order has been recieved and you are kept informed about it's progress. Some parts are always in big demand but you are kept informed of restocking. The parts are carefully and neatly packaged for posting and mistakes are rare. The site itself is easy to navigate in order to find parts and their availability, and there is also plenty of other useful stuff for modellers to buy at a reasonable price. A good service.

I got the bits I needed cheap and quick, if I ever need anything for a project I'm going to them first.

Good selection of bits for competitive prices, delivery was prompt (and free when ordering over 20 pounds!). The only downside is that, as elsewhere, popular bits are constantly out of stock.

When you have a certain conversion or build in mind, Bitzbox has most items in stock on hand, if not, a quick post on the forums might get you that piece you need in a few days. The website is easy to use and the photography of the items is top notch so you don't have to guess what you are looking at.

I placed an order on a Sunday and got the piece on the Tuesday! Wow that is fast...

Fast delivery, completely painless to order, pay and receive. Absolutely top notch.

I've placed an order with Bitzbox twice now, and I have had no problems with them. First order arrived one working day after I placed it (Was placed Friday night, arrived Monday morning), second arrived 2 days later. So their despatch is very good, as I was expecting them to arrive a lot later.

If there is anything to fault (and it's a small niggle than a problem), is that quite often certain bitz run out fast and takes some time to replen, which I understand is an issue with them getting parts from GW themselves and am willing to wait for as the prices are worth the wait.

I rarely shop online as I have serious trust issues after being severely done over a few times, but I have no problems with Bitzbox and will continue to use them in the future.
