Poor customer service / comunication

Used to be a great place with polite helpfull people behind the counter.. I tried 3 times over 3 days to purchase an item online, payments kept getting cancelled with no reason given. I emailed them to be told that the item is not in stock, which I can totally understand but the poor communication I received has put me off buying from them again.
The parts they sell have always been good but the customer service has gone terrible since the store went to online only

Ready for the wet weather

Have just received my new set of waterproofs, very happy with the returns process as I had ordered the wrong size, and had to go to the next size up. All very painless, and efficient. I would not hesitate to recommend them to friends, and am considering having a ride out to their showroom soon.

Happy Lady Rider

I called into Bitzforbikes last week after receiving an email about their new bitzforbikers website. I needed some new winter gloves and a jacket since the weather turned cold. A guy called Dave was extremely helpful and explained the full range of jackets and gloves they can supply for women. The gloves were in stock and the jacket I wanted was in stock next day for me to collect. Both great products at great prices and excellent product knowledge from Dave! Felt very much at ease and not rushed one bit. Will definitely be back when the bike is ready for some parts. Thanks Bitzforbikes.

Good Advice

First time ive used Bitzforbikes, had some queries over the parts needed, spoke to Greg on the phone before ordering, glad I did as I was about to buy the wrong gasket set for my bike, ordered online and came next day. Keep it up chaps. Thanks Gaz P.

New Website - Looks Great

Used to use Bitzforbikes ages ago, kind of forgot about them, anyway received an email 2 days ago launching their new websites, both sites look great. Needed some new gloves as its getting colder, just arrived this morn, great service, good prices at the moment with the offers they are doing.

Nasty scammers to deal with

Bought a indicator relay 6 months ago, when finally arrived the relay was broken.
Man on the website called Dave told me to send back by standard post and show them the receipt to get my refund plus postage refund, so I did.
The receipt on posting did not show their address which you would expect for standard postage.
I showed them the reciept and they refused to refund me.
They refused to refund me the postage to send the broken relay back.
Its been 2 months now and they are telling me they have not received it yet, and because they haven't they are refusing to refund me completely.
I asked to speak to someone helpful, he said no.
Rude, arrogant and money stealers.
I'm sure they have received it but dont want to give me my money back.
Left me out of pocket and no relay. W******!
NEVER EVER BUY OFF THESE PEOPLE!
TERRIBLE PARTS, TERRIBLE SERVICE!
Never, ever again !!

Rude man

When purchasing anything in life, I generally try and buy from nice people. The gentleman I spoke to (presumably the owner) is not a nice person. He come across as rude, ignorant and downright bigoted.

A month later and still waiting...

I ordered a good bunch of parts on February 8th, today is March 5th and I can't even get them to return an email. I have sent multiple emails and I have heard nothing. I paid $100 for shipping, you would think it would have been a bit quicker than A MONTH! and I'm still waiting...
