Good costumer service
As a foreigner living in Denmark, I was able to make all the purchase process in English. Even though I thought the mirror I bought from them was not of very good quality, I loved the costumer service! I need to express a big gratitude to a chap called Jesper Jørgensen at the costumer service. He was able to sort out everything! In the end, I returned the mirror, but there were no complications at all.
