A lot of times our business takes us places where phone service is impossible but, that did not deter him from getting our funding for us, even though it meant working on his personal time. This company will stick you in a product we're they make the most money. Then they won't call you back when you want to switch lenders cause they took you the first time. Horrible experience, teribble business practices went through another lender to correct their mistakes. Please and I mean please avoid at all costs.

In a business environment when you need some funds to hold you over until another job gets signed, this company lacks any help or interest in that. Funding manager had me send in a year's worth of statements where I averaged over $27,000 in deposits a month. Every day before I sent over the statements, the funding manager was relentless on getting my business. After indicating he received my statements he said the underwriting department should let him know in a day. I followed up 5 days after his email to me to see what was going on. No response. I called him from my cell and went to his voice mail. I called him from another number 2 weeks later and he answered. I had to remind him who I was. He indicated the trade I am in and the two months of less than their required minimum of $20,000 disqualified me. Well, he knew I was a general contractor from the beginning. This company is like most of the quick lenders out there. They do the cattle call, and expect businesses to be at their peak when they lend. I had a seasonal slow down and my business was at it's peak before the slow down. My business also has a trend of high earnings from March to November. They are not in it to help you....only to take their share of the loan. I've seen businesses like BizFi come and go because they are only focused on greed.
