Awful Receptionist - Sharon Beeson
Trust Pilot Review - Black Knights Parachute Centre
*1 Star *
Whilst the overall experience and the parachuting was great, unfortunately I have to give a one star review simply due to Sharon Beeson who works on reception. Her behaviour and customer service throughout the whole day was not only unprofessional but affected the experience of all customers on the day.
For context, the weather was clear skies and sunny with temperatures of 28 degrees Celsius. The customers were waiting in the midday sun for 45
minutes with no shaded areas. Sharon decided to take the temperatures of the candidates checking in.
A candidate had a high temperature due to the heat of the sun and then screamed in front of the whole waiting area,
“ YOUR TEMPERATURE IS 40 DEGREES! PLEASE LEAVE THE PREMISES AND GO AND COOL DOWN IN YOUR CAR!”
This happened to multiple customers in the queue due to the high temperatures on the day. Not only was this embarrassing for those customers, it is also not appropriate protocol to simply send someone to a car to cool down from COVID! There was no respect nor confidentiality. The customer service from Sharon is appalling. The way she behaved seemed obvious that she was full of self-importance and wanted to cause a scene.
From reading similar reviews it seems that Sharon is a common cause of problems throughout the company.
