I booked a wheel alignment through…

I booked a wheel alignment through Blackcircles, but the service provided by the partner garage (Formula 1 Autocentre) was appalling.
​The alignment report they handed me is completely unprofessional and invalid. It is missing my name, the mileage, and the technician's details. Most alarmingly, they recorded the incorrect vehicle model, which means the alignment was likely compared against the wrong factory specifications.
​Technically, the job was not done. Most of the alignment values (especially the Rear Toe and Camber) are still showing as RED on the report. It appears the garage simply took the measurement and didn't bother to perform the actual adjustment.
​I am extremely disappointed that Blackcircles is partnering with such a substandard garage. I now have to pay another shop to redo the work properly to save my tires. I strongly advise Blackcircles customers to avoid this location. I expect a full refund for this "service."

Ordered 4 tyres to be fitted at 10-30 got there only 3 delivered, had to wait until 2-30 to get them fitted.

Excellent service

This is my second time using Blackcircles and this time it was just as good.
I chose my tyres and after that all that was required was to pay in order that they could be sent to the company who were fitting the tyres.
The ordering was simple and I paid , the whole thing was easy helped by Blackcircles.
The tyres are very good quality and at a very good price. I will certainly use them again and would recommend friends and family

Their "premium" partner garage damaged wheel

Their "premium" partner garage damaged one of my wheels and doesn't want to accept it, saying it was impossible due to they having rubber caps, but the damage was not there before fitting and was reported immediately. Blackcircles after "investigation" just repeated shop's words and declined claim. So choose fitting shop wisely when ordering from them, as you won't get any help from either.

Big let down.…

Despite buying my last five or six sets of tyres here and spending around £3,200 over a six-year relationship, this experience was not good at all.
I ordered the same way I always do: by using my registration number on the Blackcircles site. I didn’t notice that the order had selected 235 tyres instead of the standard 245s I’ve always had fitted. The fitter at the garage flagged this but said 235s would be “fine”. I also asked about the load rating being only Y95 instead of the required Y97. Again, I was reassured by the "expert" fitter and—as I was still worried—by a Blackcircles advisor over the phone, who told me it was "fine". He claimed he had checked his computer, nothing had flagged up, and the tyres were suitable for my vehicle.
I called Blackcircles because I was concerned, but the fitter installed them anyway. After arriving home and seeking independent advice, I was told they were actually not "fine" at all. I was advised that they would immediately invalidate my MOT and insurance and were, in fact, dangerous to use.
I tried explaining this to Blackcircles via telephone and email, only to be told it was my fault because I had agreed to the fitting. They refused to change the tyres because they had already been used. I explained that I only agreed to the fitting based entirely on the advice of their fitter and their telephone "experts". Only after researching it myself did I find out they were wrong.
Blackcircles has taken no responsibility, insisting the size error was my fault. Legally, however, regardless of the ordering process, their expert fitter should never have fitted illegal tyres to my vehicle, let alone allowed me to drive an unsafe car home.
The call handler originally refused to escalate the matter, reiterating that it was my fault for not checking.
I won’t be back.
I followed your instructions, yet your fitter gave me the wrong advice and installed illegal tyres. I will now raise this with the Motor Ombudsman and Trading Standards. I have also started a "chargeback" with my bank, who fully agree that, based on the evidence, Blackcircles is at fault.

You have lost all future business from our company. We will be reimbursed through our bank, who will take you to task, and you will have Ombudsman and Trading Standards investigations to look forward to.
All this over £250…

This is not a Blackcircles issue

This is not a Blackcircles issue, rather a Hawco garage Inverness fitting issue. I had booked 17" run flats for mini cooper. Took brand new 17" BMW mini alloys with me as car was fitted with 15" originally. Explained to the reception that the new alloys were to be fitted with the runflats were in the car. They fitted the tyres in 2 hours which only would've taken 30 mins max and put them back in my boot and not fitted to car!!! You would think a garage of their experience and calibre would know that these tyres need TPMS sensors fitted from original wheels but Im left to do that myself.

Got the tyres I ordered to the tyre shop ahead of my appointment time

Got the tyres I ordered to the tyre shop ahead of my appointment time, so the system worked great.

I'd traditionally prefer to order through the tyre shop so I can discuss options with a professional human being - but as I was having a hard time finding the right size tyres this time, I went this route and it all worked like clockwork (recommended tyre shop was superb too).
