I paid for the profile putty and dark matter products. After saying the shipment had been dispatched it was weeks before it eventually turned up. Tracking looked like they'd organised the Yodel package but then no actually handed over to the carrier for Weeks. When it finally arrived I'm missing half my order. There is no response from the email address and no answer to the phone number, left multiple messages. Shame as the profile putty works well and smells nice but I won't be using these guys again as the customer service is appalling and I'm missing one of my products and they've taken the money for it and won't answer to refund it. Shockingly poor.

Sadly there seems to be a problem with this company now, have used previously and I rate their matte clay as the best on the market… but order is unfulfilled, no reply to queries so one has to assume the worst. They’re also showing only positive TP reviews on their website!

Absolutely appalling service ordered over €40 worth of product 5 weeks ago. No sign of any delivery have tried to contact customer service 3 times and not even an acknowledgment.

Shocking service! Ordered last Wednesday paid next day delivery for £6.50 and still not here!! No reply to email, messenger or Instagram and no response to any voicemails!!!

Similar to everyone else I have not received my order which should have arrived a couple of weeks ago and have had the money taken out of my bank. Can't get in contact with them, via phone or email. Anybody who has the guy's direct number please share, I'm happy to join forces with someone to resolve the issue as it's simply not on.

Have been waiting for over 5 weeks for my order. No reply to emails and no updates from the company. This has happened to me previously and they tried to blame COVID. I gave them the benefit of doubt previously but not this time - they are just simply incompetent. A shame as it’s a good product.

I’ve ordered from them several times now and have had the same problem as everyone else recently, sent money to not receive anything. Its a shame because their actual products work better for my hair than any other product I’ve used….does anyone know of any product that is similar to their “craft clay”??

Ordered back in May, took money but no delivery of products. Emailed multiple times, called multiple times and no answer. It's a shame as it worked well previously.

Ordered a 2 weeks ago still no product and no way to contact anyone they don’t reply to emails or calls I just want my money back genuinely saddens me as this one my favourite brands just want a refund

Still haven’t received my order from Black Friday sale - November 21. I have called/ emailed/ messaged on social media.
I had some luck where I got through to someone who said my order will be shipped and nothing ever came of it. I then got a call from a private number who did send me something however it was only half my order. I’ve since tried to get the full order/ refund and nothing has come of it. Would really just like my money back, I have been a loyal customer and it’s a shame this has happened to the business.

Historically been very pleased with the products, but my recent order was missing an item and I can't get in contact with anyone about it. Judging from the reviews I'm not alone. They haven't posted on their Instagram (150k followers) in over a year, their phone line is dead, and it seems they're 70 days late filing their latest accounts. It's quite clear they're in serious trouble or have already gone under. Shame - but they still take orders that they can't fulfil which is unacceptable and also liable to serious legal action. The 2 young directors are listed on the company house government website - just google 'BLACK LABEL GROOMING HOLDINGS LIMITED'.

Do you not buy from this company, it’s almost like they’re out of business or they are operating a scam as they do not dispatch products and they are completely unreachable.

If this was 4 months ago, I would be leaving a 1 star review. My order in February took 2 months to arrive (to my complete shock as I'd given up all hope it turning up) including a chargeback claim on my credit card. I thought I would test once more as they clearly had stock, this second order took 3 weeks to arrive. Finally, I placed an order on the 28th May which was delivered on Saturday 4th June. I am the first to complain but credit where it's due, there is an obvious improvement and I hope that this is a sign of them getting back on track.

Do not order. These guys don’t ship their products and are non contactable. I had used them before covid and was very happy but they are now shocking, will be taking them to the ombudsman and to small claims court

Never Received my products

I ordered some products on May 9th 2022, I have tried to call, message them on facebook and instagram and have stayed up till 4AM trying to phone them and NOTHING. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE

Ordered two products over a month ago, never received the shipment and they are not answering emails or phone calls. Total scam.

Awful. Placed an order 10 weeks ago and hasn’t been delivered. They ignore calls and emails so have had to submit a chargeback with the bank
