I highly recommend Black Nova Designs, an exceptionally professional company.

I asked the team to find a specific graphics card and install on my PC. Not an easy task in by the current market. Surprisingly they were able to obtain a card within 3 weeks. They gave me options to consider and discuss and kept me regularly updated.

I highly commend this company, value for money, exceptionally knowledgeable and honest.

Black Nova have met our expectations and then some. We had problems transferring our website from our old host. Black Nova helped us sort out all our problems both with our website and email settings. They explained things clearly, calmly and professionally.

I recently had a website update and my new designer suggested I changed my hosting provider. I had an issue with my emails (no ones fault) so I called Black Nova who actually answered the phone early on a Saturday morning, put my worrying mind at ease and resolved the issue. It’s only been a few weeks of using them but I’m very impressed with the customer service so far

With the pressure of children home-schooling and working from home our wifi was struggling to cope. BND were able to help and within 2 weeks of contacting them for advice about how to improve our system, we are now all able to work online, and conduct video calls without drop-outs or buffering issues.

Having used BND for smaller IT projects in our business and being impressed by their knowledge & efficiency, we asked them to undertake a full IT infrastructure set up when we moved to new premises recently. We weren't disappointed. Kyle & his team were able to work around our timescales so that business downtime was kept to a minimum. Kyle was even on hand during day one in our new premises in order to ensure a smooth transition, even liaising with our IT provider at XLN to deal with all the techno-speak so we didn't have to! A great job, very well done.

I was recommended to contact Black Nova designs to resolve issues with my PC and they were brilliant, took my computer away and replaced hard drives, gave it a thorough overhaul and set up my laptop for emails. Their charges are so reasonable, certainly a fraction of what you would expect but a quality service. I have now transferred my Web hosting to them and also email hosting. I was receiving unsavoury emails and they immediately transferred everything over and set up a spam control.

The team have done a fantastic job on my new website, so much so I've given them a second one to build for another work stream I run under my Ltd company. They've taken great care to get to know me, what I'm about and what sort of message I want to get across to potential clients. The customer service I have received, answering my completely numpty questions has been brilliant.
Also any slight hiccups that have occurred with the move of the hosting have been dealt with quickly and efficiently, and a few tiny blips with my website that have occurred since.

Excellent company. I moved my 5 websites to them for hosting and it was simple and easy. They went above and beyond and fixed any small issues that arose (even on a Sunday!).
