What started out as a "You will like this" ended all wrong. I was at Black Rock 03.01.25 and brought Spinach Dip to go. By friend liked it and I took her the next day. Seated at 6p by 6:45p I had MY water then salad. Friend asked for a Pepsi. We're informed there's no pita bread. We decide to stay when in all reality we should have left. Waitress apologized and offered us a FREE appetizer on our next visit. All good. No big deal. We watched 3 parties come in AFTER us and they recieved their meals while we waited. When I asked what was the issue, waitress bought out cold shrimp. No complaints, I don't like sending food back. Friend still has no Pepsi. Her fried pickles come however very salty. She has high blood so I say I'll eat them. I eat 2 and they are too salty even for me. IDK if this pissed them off but she NEVER got her Pepsi until we asked for the bill. She asked for the Manager just to inform of our extended wait for food and others assisted before us. Manager was so smart and sassy I just wanted to go. My friend went back today as she was informed there was Spinach Dip. She was told that she as well as the lady that was with her (ME) were no longer welcome. She made mention that the waitress dates outside of her race and things that had NOTHING to do with our visit. Maybe they thought we were someone that gave their establishment a hard time but this was her 1st time stepping in their doors and OUR LAST!
Giving 2 stars because the food has ALWAYS been good. But that Manager, she's worst than the Waitress. Told lies that we were mean to Waitress. If so, she would DEFINITELY had refused us service. She seems like the type happy to be in control.

This was one of the worst experiences my family and i have had at a restaurant. Black Rock is looked at as a higher end Restaurant, and the prices reflect that sentiment. we got there before the dinner rush, waited to be seated (approx. 15 mim) was seated in patio witch was mostly empty. as it filled up with other patrons which were being served before us finishing and leaving... we had to flag down waitress for everything. When our food arrived it was cold mine was a prime rib sandwich with sweet potato waffle fries. the sandwich had sat so long that the cheese had hardened like a crust, was supposed to have a horseradish sauce yet nothing. they had spilled au jus on the plate so the bottem bread was soaked.. and everybody knows what liquid does to bread.. it was horrible! i could go on. just to say none of the 6 of us will never be back nor will we recommend this establishment.

I rarely do reviews but buyer beware! Tried accessing my account with no luck. Called customer service. “Due to high call volumes” wait time always to exceed several minutes. Once connected agent could not troubleshoot problem. Escalated it to a supervisor, was told he’d look into it and get back to me. A week later…. Crickets. Where was this supervisor, Bangkok? It’s obvious that no one‘s in an office and they are not communicating… Who knows where you are calling and where any supervisor is or if there is one even in an office. Heck I even wonder if there is a CEO that ever shows up for work. It’s evident that black rock does not care about customer service. It’s also evident that there is no one working in an office from the bottom all the way up to the top. This is the level of customer service I expect from a sham agency. I already am not liking their reputation but my experience prompted me to close my accounts and issue me checks. Don’t invest with these sheisters, don’t walk, RUN!

Never again. Avoid at all cost. Invest your hard earned money elsewhere.

Blackrock Crypto investing is a scam. Guy name Rich Kushel runs it and will tell you your get a big return until you try to withdraw. Radio silence. They will not let you access your funds and will collect tax money from. Run AWAY.

These are most annoying people ever.

NEVER PUT YOUR PHONE NUMBER IN THE BOX.

They keep calling from random different numbers, via a generator, you cant block them or go around them. They call from countries like Pakistan, or India (you can hear their accent).

All they want is your money and they tell you everything (without listening to you) to get your money.

It's a new investment company and it works ,it gives you a very high percentage of income ,of course depending on how much you invest and you can withdraw in seconds or reinvest

I had walked into Black Rock Coffee this time at Forest Grove, and I had noticed that they have set up the new monitors to review your purchase, optionally leave a tip, and signature your purchase.

Different managers seen here than I have seen here previously.

I hope the people that own this company die of cancer and if it happens in my lifetime I am going to celebrate and then go visit their gravestones so I can urinate on them!

Service was horrible! Never got past the waitress getting our waters! Took her forever! Then she walks by our table after waiting a bit, emptied handed and said, I will get your waters now! We looked at her and said, we are leaving. She said, ok.
She didn’t give a crap that we left. My second time there and the service sucked! I will never go back there!

People we need to wake up to blackrock they are satanic and corrupt you have to understand how many things and businesses they owned they own many of the companies were your food comes from or should I say the poison where that comes from folks companies like this are buying everything up they want to tell you how to live how to dress what to eat they want to take over your lives folks they're not saints black rock is evil and satanic it is falling into biblical prophecy

I asked this company to pause my withdrawals until March 2024. They withdrew money from my account in January 2024. I have been struggling financially hence why I had my withdrawals paused. I needed that money for my bills and am still awaiting for my request for my money back to go through. I am not sure why the money was withdrawn earlier than March. I was told there may have been a glitch in their system. That is no fault of mine and they should have returned my money immediately.

I've lost all of my money. My life being like Hell. Some one help for me please.

I opened three 529 accounts with BlackRock and I transferred them to another company in 2017. I needed a contribution history from 2014 through 2017. However, I called customer service and was instructed to use "Access on line" to download the transactions. Their system will not validate my request and I called the CS again and they instructed me to try again and hanged up the phone. I called again and explained the lack of ability to get validation to access my account. CS told me that I need to try after couple days since they need to update their system to account for my inquiry to access my accounts. I tried dozen more times in two different days and I got the same response. On 4th day I called back again and they passed me around to couple CS staffs and their final response was that " I need to file a paper request for access through a completed form with my NOTORIZED signature. It is ridicules to go through the whole notarized signature process for access to accounts that have "$.00" balance. It seems that lack of knowledge and lack of respect for customer is their operando.

Stop funding Israel,stop funding ethnic cleansing of muslims around the world .

What I experience was a great time with family and I also got a very kind and respected waiter his name was Jimmy Cotter he was kind and server us great meals and was even kind to take some things off for us. So thank you and a big shout out to him for making this Night.
