Popped into Blacks Aintree today for a browse. Ended up buying new Merrell walking shoes for myself & my wife. Great service as always (we're regular customers), this time by Sean & Adam. I'm usually sceptical about Black Friday deals, however I knew the price of both purchases had been genuinely reduced. Even better, we got Blue Light discount as well.

I bought a pair of walking boots and a pair of walking shoes. When I got home I realised the boots had odd coloured cuffs. I returned the following day, so we could get a matching pair. It was swiftly rectified and a partial refund for the trouble. Happy with the customer service given by Martin

I went into Aintree Blacks today to buy a couple of men's fleeces. I was pleasantly surprised with the offers available in the store. I got to purchase 2 fleeces at a bargain for myself which I couldn't walk past.
Adam who served me was very helpful.

Tonight I was served by Vicky who had excellent customer service and went out of her way to help with an exchange for me. Thanks again.

Fantastic customer service from Vicki. I was buying a rucksack and she explains that the one that I had chosen was probably not robust enough for the job. She then looked to see whether I would be able to get a better deal.

Went to Blacks in Aintree for a new Berghaus coat. Vicky was very helpful, price matched the coat to the online price, which was great and advised me of some half price cleaning and waterproofing products, which will come in handy in the future. Would happily recommend.

Good choice of equipment and all the staff very friendly & helpful, especially Grace, who put a jacket aside for me when the new delivery came in.

Vicky the sales assistant was very helpful, great customer service. I’ll be back!

Visited Blacks and I have to say the staff are always very helpful. On this occasion Vicky was super helpful especially with our son who has autism. Vicky was very helpful with looking for a coat and very patient with him which made the experience stress free for all of us. We are regular customers to the Aintree store and it is always 10/10 for us on service. Thank you

Loads of stock and good advice given whilst there. Surprised at how competitive the price was, the jacket I bought was cheaper than I expected. Highly recommended.

Visited to try and buy some walking boots. Grace was very helpful and knew to size up on the Brasher boots. Helpful and friendly staff in store when trying on and purchasing walking trousers.

My visit to Aintree store was brilliant. Martin the assistant who served me, was very helpful suggesting another pair of shoes in addition to the one I was looking at. The other staff were also very polite and attentive..

Visited blacks in Aintree and the staff could not have been more helpful, particularly Martin, who was so patient with me advising on various products for a walk. As someone who is clueless I found his help, advice and expertise so helpful and refreshing. Could not recommend enough!

Very helpful, I brought jacket back to replace for larger size.
Vickey looked through new stock delivery as no large available on rack and called me to let me they had one.
