On Friday 26th July, I called this store looking for help to find tent poles. After days of trying all other outdoor stores and getting ridiculous quotes for replacement repair of my broken poles. I was in urgent need for these poles for work purposes.

From the moment my phone call was answered by the lovely Vicky I knew I had the right place to get the items I required.

I explained my dilemma to Vicky and she was extremely helpful. Vicky went out of her way to help me this day.

Vicky informed me that her and her manager Martin would be more than happy to help me if I were to come along with the poles.

I arrived in the afternoon with a lot n I mean a lot of poles, I had now idea how many rods needed replacing neither did I have a clue of size and length ect.

Vicky had gotten some rods out ready for my arrival and Martin (who Vicky had made aware of the call I made) came straight over to help me sort out the poles.

Martin sized them all for me and even went as far as to repair one set of poles to show me how it was done. He had to cut a couple to size for me, which I found extremely helpful.

Martin talked me through the process and although some of the rods that I needed were not in stock, Martin was able to support me in finding the size on their website and I had them delivered the very next day.

Martin was kind enough to offer further support with the delivered poles should I have needed it.

I can not thank Martin and Vicky enough for their help this day. My experience was the very best experience I have ever had when in need and I can safely say that this store will be my go to whenever I'm in need of camping items again.
Martin and Vicky we're so nice and helpful that it made my whole week a happy one.

I can now go on my travels and work knowing that my tent/temporary home will be like brand new again.

It's such an incredible feeling when you meet people as nice and supportive as Vicky and Martin. There was another lady working this day but I didn't get her name. She too was very helpful.

Nothing that I requested was too much for this team to support me with.

All I can say is WOW as soon as I walked through the door I was greeted with a smile and hello. I was served by a member of staff called Grace, I poped into the shop for a pair of walking shoes and she didn’t half look after me. She asked what they was for when I was using them made me really feel welcomed and she was interested in my use of them shoes. She really took time and care when serving me and Grace is a credit to your company. I will definitely be visiting this store again and look forward to receiving this amazing experience again!

Shopped at Blacks store in Aintree. The young woman who helped us was both professional , helpful and patient. Great customer service and the items we purchased were very reasonable.

Sean was super helpful. He listened to what I needed and gave great advice. He was a pleasure to deal with him. I will definitely be returning.

Callum was very customercentric and patient while helping me get the right shoe size and trouser fitting.

Even though the size for the item was not in stock at the shop. The assistant was able to order me one for delivery at home in 3 to 5 days plus sorting out all discounts. Well done Grace !
