Great customer service
Great customer service. I rang to enquire about particular items and Nong located them and put them aside for me. When I went to the store to collect another member of staff was extremely helpful in collecting my items and assisting me with further products. Super polite and kind!

I came to Bath especially for this shop as I wanted a particular product (sleeping mat). I rang the shop in advance to check they had what I wanted in stock, a nice female employee said they did and she put it behind for me. When I got there Guy was very friendly and I could see him giving good advice to others customers. Genuine friendly guy, Guy! And a nice overall experience in the shop.

Friendly, helpful service.
I went to pick up my map yesterday in Bath (ordered online to store) and the shop assistant was just locking up for a lunch break. I pointed out I needed to get to the theatre, so could not come later and he kindly went and got my order for me. Delighted with service and price.
My only, but fairly serious, criticism is that it almost impossible to search for a particular OS map on their website and the search facility needs a major overhaul - most walkers know the map area and number they want and it should be possible to type it in and get a response other than "no matches found".
