Amazing service
I went to the shop today to buy walking poles, required due to a bad hip needing replaced. The girl who served me (sorry I didn't get her name) was amazing. It turned out that she had been in the same situation with her hip (twice) so she knew exactly what I meant and what I needed. I cannot tell you how much I appreciated the time the spent with me and the advice she gave. She cheered me up immensely, made me feel so positive and now finally being able to walk without limping, with the help of the poles, for the first time in months is incredible. Thank you so much, I'd give the shop 100 stars if I could!

Great all round experience
Went in to look for a new pair of walking shoes, was served by Adam who was friendly and knowledgeable and helped me to find the best ones to fit my needs. These were actually in sale so got them for a really good price and treated myself to some new socks too

Excellent service
Visit to my closest store today, looking for a new tent. The one I decided on was, unfortunately, out of stock in the store. (Staff checked just to be sure). They then offered to order it for me and have it delivered to my house.
The deals/prices are very competitive and the store is well laid out, clean and welcoming.
All in all, very helpful staff and excellent service!
