Great sale price on winter trousers ,speedy despatch , speedy delivery , thanks

This was only my second time in the store and I was lucky enough to be served by Lisa.
I went thinking they wouldn't stock vegan boots but Lisa found a pair instantly that were right up my street, beautiful fit and so very comfortable when on.
Lisa made me feel at ease and went above and beyond to help me pick the best cleaning and protection products, along with a selection of comfy hiking socks. If all the staff are like Lisa, Blacks will do exceptionally well.

I bought a Berghaus fleece for £73 from my local Blacks in Dundee. I also bought a Berghaus beanie that was on sale for £14. Was helped & served nice & politely. Fleece fits well & is warm & comfortable.
Beanie fits perfectly. Nice & tight & feels quality. No problems to report at all. Happy customer. Will be back. Blacks is my go-to for outdoorsy equipment & clothing. Thank you 👍

This is the second time I have had the pleasure of dealing with Lisa. The first time my mother was looking for walking shoes and although we didn't find the right pair for her, Lisa's knowledge of the shoes and theri characteristics plus her super friendly manner made me decide to come back when I was looking for a pair for myself.
So today I went in and with Lisa's guidance purchased a pair of merrell moab gtx 3's which I hope will serve me well for a few years.

I purchased a pair of Berghaus Waterproof trousers, however I forgot to present my £50 gift card when paying on card for my item.
The member of staff was very helpful and called a Supervisor who promptly sorted out the transaction to include my gift card. Very helpful, friendly and fantastic customer service.
