Great customer service.
I went in to the store to purchase some thermal clothing. From the moment I entered the shop help was at hand, Hannah stopped the task she was carrying out to show me the best bargains in the items I sought. A great example of customer service and I shall recommend to all.

Sussy was really helpful and patient choosing different walking shoes for me to try (I didn’t know where to start!). I got some great waterproof trousers and will be back for a jacket which I liked the look of too. Great shop for anyone needing outdoor walking gear and good deals in January sales on at the moment
