Kasper really helped me find the right pair of shoes. He was really knowledgeable about the brands and models in stock and was happy to get as many shoes out as it took to find the right ones! He was very professional and also picked out some socks that will be perfect for the kind of hiking/running I do. I can't wait to get out on the first walk with my new shoes!

While walking into the store I was greeted by the lovely staff who offered me a helping hand, and while trying on a fleece jumper Sheila advised me on which brand and which style she thought looked better for me. She was extremely lovely and helpful and made my experience there feel welcoming and confortable!

The staff at this store are lovely and are really knowledgeable, We went in just looking and the staff we're friendly and welcoming, when looking at shoes and watches Alex helped us and was very useful giving my friend information and was very willing to answer questions. Overall couldn't ask for a better experience. Thank you Alex for the help 🙌🏻

Great experience in Blacks, Meadowhall - Sheffield store. Scott the store manager and his team where very welcoming from start to finish. They were warm and friendly throughout, joining in and having a good laugh with us whilst helping answer all my questions without hesitation as I wasn't the typical shopper when I interrupted them all to discuss jobs, vacancy pathways, and their support for staff and inclusiveness. You nailed it, thanks guys - much appreciated! :)

Visited Blacks at Meadowhall on Easter Saturday to buy new walking shoes and Garmin. Served by Rhyas who spent time to explain benefits of both products, he was very knowledgeable and patient whilst I tried on both the Berghaus and Altra walking shoes as I am taking part in various Ultra distance hikes. Did not feel rushed in my decision making. The Garmin I wanted was the last one on display, again Rhyas explained benefits of model and took time to understand my requirements. Even though I had to pop back a short time later to collect the Garmin (once it came off display) all the staff who we came into contact with were friendly, knowledgeable and polite. I cannot recommend Blacks in Meadowhall enough!

Alex was very helpful today. We needed some advice about walking shoes for my husband. He is very knowledgeable about the products available. We are very happy with our purchase.

Alex was really great and knowledgeable. I was needing some walking boots and he knew exactly what to get. He explained the qualities and differences of the boots I was looking at, so I understood which would be best for long hikes. Really, really great!

The revised layout of the store is much better with a good choice of products. Staff welcoming and helpful.
