Great customer service…
Stevie helped me find the right gear for my next Yorkshire 3 peaks challenge. She helped me find new boots with better support and fit than my previous ones because I had blisters when doing the Yorkshire 3 peaks last month. These new Berghaus boots are a nice wider feet for my feet. Thank you so much for your help! Will come and show you all my pictures on Monday after we finish!

Exceptional Customer Service by Emily
I ordered a top from this shop, but unfortunately, it never arrived. After speaking with a woman over the phone, I was directed to visit the shop for a full refund. Due to my busy work schedule, it took me around three weeks to finally make it to the store at the bottom of the moor. I was understandably frustrated and upset before entering the shop due to the inconvenience.
However, my frustration quickly dissipated thanks to the exceptional service I received. Emily, the same woman who had served me before, greeted me with a warm smile and asked how I had been since our last meet. I explained my problem to her, and she resolved the issue swiftly, saying and doing all the right things.
I don't usually write reviews, but this time I felt compelled to because of how Emily handled the situation and made me feel at ease while addressing my problem. She demonstrated efficient and brilliant customer service skills, resolving my issue seamlessly.
Thank you, Emily, for your outstanding service and for making a frustrating situation much more bearable. Your professionalism and kindness are truly appreciated.
