Went into today to have a look at some shoes ended up with a fleece instead but was treated to very friendly staff and wonderful customer experience as a whole
10/10 will be going back

Always helpful and willing to give advice for kit and clothing (not always recommending the most expensive)

I can’t fault the staff In here I popped in on Friday to speak to them about buying 20 camping chairs and the process was so simple and Ben was amazing what a chap! I come back today(Saturday) to buy the 20 chairs The lovely dweeby lad(Will) helped me load all the chairs! Honestly was an amazing interaction any camping needs I will be coming to this shop time and time again👌

I`ve bought from Blacks a few times now & always check them out first for what I want. The staff in their shops are helpful & friendly. Online is easy ordering & returns no problem. I find them a trustworthy genuine company. I have confidence shopping with Blacks.

Great to be able to actually go to a shop and try on walking shoes rather than order online. I was given good advice and came away feeling I had chosen a really good pair of shoes that was best suited to my needs.

Excellent service from Ruben, listened to my concerns, recommended great product, all this whilst sat with my dog keeping her calm. Thank you, great service. Boots I bought are also great, no issues.

I can see why other reviews are 5 star. Great service today from the Louise and Rigden team. Thanks for helping such an awkward customer, namely me. I failed to find a coat in Clarks Village, but Yeovil Blacks came up trumps.

I’ve just had a great experience at Blacks in Yeovil where, not only did they have significant choice of the item I was looking for, the young chap who served me was very polite, helpful and friendly, as was the manager who conducted the final transaction and applied the Forces Discount that the first assistant reminded me to make use of. An excellent experience, in a well stocked shop with extremely nice staff.

Kelly was super helpful. Looking for a waterproof coat with fleece liner for a teenager whose outgrown kids sizes. Thought it was going to cost a lot more to buy adult size but she found us some options we hadn't seen that were less expensive & qualified for 15% discount, so I had enough to buy some other bits I wanted. Thanks Kelly 😊
