Great customer service I’ve been in touch with Jess, she helped a lot to solve the problem and the quality very good.

Overall just a great store, really good clothes at a decent price for the quality. But the customer experience is stand out, I emailed with a question about a certain item and Jess went out of her way to help me. Really impressive customer service.

Great product and customer service, mistake made on my end with my address and was sorted very quickly and professionally. Despite me putting in the wrong address I still received the package very quickly and happy with the product.

Prompt shipping, the package came in a really cool looking plastic bag! Inside the bag was a cool cardboard thank you note with my clothes. Really wholesome shopping experience and will buy from this company again.

Purchased a great pair of trousers from here which I wore occasionally outside of work. Unfortunately the zip split so I contact Blacksmith Store regarding this. Jess who helped me was brilliant, couldn’t fault the customer service at all. Offered a complete refund of the trousers and provided a paid for postage label.
Brilliant experience and would happily shop here again.

Blacksmith Store sell good, hard wearing work wear and deliver exceptional customer service. Royal Mail lost my return during the strikes and the customer service team, Jess in particular, were really helpful, patient and communicative.

I was away from home by the time my pants, that I had purchased, arrived at my home. So unfortunately I wasn’t home to receive them. I hadn’t gotten an email or anything on the pants being delivered. And I got scared they might have been lost. Luckily I got in touch with customer service, and they were such a great help, to try and help me to know why I haven’t gotten an email or anything, and helped calm me down and reassure that they probably just was in my letterbox. I got help all the way, with quick responses on my emails, and just really good service. It’s great to get the help you need.

Unfortunately an item I purchased got delivered to the wrong address! This was not the fault of Blacksmith Store but they have been nothing but helpful to try and locate it. After many attempts made by Jess in particular, to try and reach the delivery driver, nothing came of it and they were able to send me another item. Thank you so much and I will definitely be buying from here againn

Excellent customer service my email was responded to in an instant by Jess who was so polite and caring. My Tshirt is absolutely quality really well made exactly what I wanted I will 100% be going back there for my clothes I'm just glad I found them. I'll defo be telling my friends about this place.

Best customer service I have ever experienced.
Wrong item sent out for a Christmas gift and I never noticed the error as was similar product that was sent. Error wasn’t discovered until my son opened his gift which was after Christmas due to him being unable to travel up as planned.
Customer service employee Jess sorted everything out for me and kept in contact during the process.
Can’t thank Jess enough for all the assistance.

Ordered the boyfriend a smock top for his birthday and the quality is top notch. He loves it that much I’ve ordered him a jacket for Xmas but selected Royal Mail delivery without thinking. Emailed them today & Jess replied in minutes and also tried to call me. Called them back and spoke to Charlie, who was the most lovely and helpful customer service rep I’ve ever spoken to. He went absolutely above and beyond to help me and sorted it so the jacket will be delivered before Xmas (fingers crossed!). It’s so nice to be able to speak to an actual human being and I’m really impressed with how helpful they were and how quickly they responded. Thank you so much!

Top independent store. Ordered a pair of sowing field pants which are a really good fitting, comfortable and quality-feeling item. I received a pair with a faulty zip so contacted the store - Jess was really quick to respond and very friendly and helpful. A prepaid returns label was sent so I could send them back and a new pair was sent out straight away. 100% recommend for high-quality, functional streetwear at a decent price.

Had an issue with an order and Charlie sorted it out with no problems.

I've been buying from Blacksmith for a couple of years and any questions I've had, they've come straight back to me with all the answers.

Fantastic Experience!

I was emailing to return an item that had unfortunately broken before use. Normally I do not send things back or complain but they were expensive and I was curious to see what could be done to solve the problem!

This review is really to highlight Charlie, who answered my email in minutes with a super kind spirit and multiple options to solve my problem.
