I bought a Blackview Tab80 for my son in December on eBay. The Tab comes with 12-month warranty.
The Tab stopped powering up about 6 days ago and I contacted Blackview via eBay. I was given suggestions on how to reset but non worked.
We kept going back and forth for 5 days.
This is the last message I got from them yesterday "Hello, sorry about that,we provide you with 3 solutions.
First, you can return it to China, we will fix it for you for free, and then send it to you for free.
Second, if you don’t want to go back to China, you can return to local warehouse and then accept an 80% refund.
Third, or if you pay 50% of the fee, we will send you a new one.
How can these be options for item with warranty?
This isn't fair and my son needs his Tab and kept crying about it.

Have been using my BV 6300 pro since 2023 the performance is on point. Camera,water resistant feature and very fast and efficient on the internet it's a good gadget for me. The only challenge has been the mouth piece it's not been working for sometime and we don't have a repair center in our country otherwise it's fine for me. Thankyou.

I purchased the Blackview 9000 phone in late 2025. Android Auto and NFC have never worked properly. Did all my own 'fixes' new USB cable, software updates etc but didn't improve. contacted the company, I have had replies from a robot, frustratingly it doesn't seem to read my emails and asked me to do things I had already done. The last reply was a complicated list of IT steps to follow, including backing up my phone, way beyond my IT ability, or that of my friends. This phone doesn't do what it is advertised to do, and the camera is pretty terrible. I would put up with it, except the Android Auto issue is driving me nuts.

Blackview have great products at affordable prices. They are very competitive with prices but aren't too expensive either. I've also seen things on the Blackview phones that my top of the range Samsung didn't have!

I purchased a Blackviee Wave 8C after having paid for 2 screen replacements on my Samsung S24 Ultra in the past year.
The Wave 8C cost far less than a single screen replacement for my Samsung and is ideal for using at work.
I was amazed to find that the phone has a 3.5mm headphone socket, a micro SD expansion slot, dual SIM card capability and is even supplied with a decent protective rubber case!
Build quality is excellent and the phone feels nice to hold. Call quality is also great and the phone lasted me all day with quite demanding use.
I will definitely consider Blackview when I need to purchase another phone.

I’ve been using blackview phone for a couple of years now and it’s great. I use it mainly for text and calls, social media accounts, and received and send emails.

Battery is fine. I charge my phone every night and last for a day depending on how I use it for that day. So far so good, I’m looking to upgrade my Blackview phone soon.

Never had a problem with the device, works as it should.

Good value tablet. Easy to set up and use. Perfect for kids apps and for them to access school homework apps on. Seems well built and the battery lasts well.

I got the Blackview tablet for my daughter year and a half a ago. It was nearly half price of the branded one on a high street. The tablet still holds its battery well, the battery wasn't the greatest from begging but I'm so surprised it's as good now as on a purchase date. Same with the performance, still delivers well. We look forward to years to using it.
