Firstly, we are sorry that our reply times have been a bit longer than usual lately. Because of the pandemic, we have seen unprecedented volumes of orders and our customer service team has therefore been very busy. We work hard to reply to all inquiries as soon as possible and in a chronological order.
It is also very sad to hear there were issues with renewal. We did have some very brief technical challenges with our website last fall while implementing a new checkout module, and if this accidentally impacted your order, we are very sorry.

Automatic renews at full price are not on. You cannot log in to do anything about this and contacting them is a nightmare. avoid.

As a rule, whether you order from us or an individual publisher, order-for-yourself-subscriptions renews automatically. You can at any time cancel your subscription before the last issue by contacting us or the specific publisher and thereby stop a further subscription. Gift- and Christmas gift subscriptions always terminate automatically.
