The fit is perfect and the material is super comfy. My fave hoodies for sure!

Absolutely love every item I’ve purchased from Blakely. All items are super soft sizing is excellent. Received one defective item but they exexchanged it no problem and it was easy to do online. 5*

As much as I like the clothing their refund policy is absolute baloney!!!

Twice i’ve tried to use a voucher with additional items purchased above the value (over £150 more) but when making returns they refund the voucher FIRST not your bank account.

So i’m now stuck again with an £81 voucher & forced to buy again.

The goods i kept were more than this value. The fair approach would be to credit my bank first if this value was more than the voucher value.

Disgusted, AGAIN 🤬

And no sign of the credit voucher either so i’ll now have another fight with their online customer (lack of) service trying to get what’s rightfully mine.

Amazing quality for price, wash really well, comfortable wear.

Bought two pairs of the men’s Conrad stretch chino shorts. Quick response from customer service regarding inside measurement from groin to bottom of hem as their diagram didn’t show. This would be a very useful measurement to add for those men with long legs!
Upon arrival, a little tight across thigh which caused a pull at the pocket. Returned and re ordered a size up which was much better.
Customer service was excellent. Quick delivery. Order and returns process painless and quick. Quality shorts, lovely fabric. Keep on doing a great job Blakely!

Great quality clothing and a great fit. I love Blakely, it’s not just cheap products with a brand put on it, it’s worth the money.
Delivery is prompt, returns are easy. The only thing I can fault is the minimum spend for free delivery and no free returns.

Great range for both smart for work and casaul. No problems with normal wash. Great summer styles. My go to now. Orders arrive quickly and easy to return if needed.
