Highly recommended

Highly recommended. Extremely kind and patient in answering every question. Perhaps some Foam Focus products could use a little tweaking before installation depending on the needs (sanding, very light internal grinding of the barrels, etc.), as is normal in this hobby. Delivery intact and received within 7 business days.

Best EU shop for nerf blaster

Awesome shop for nerf blaster, accessories and everything you need for the hobby. Fair prices, quick and friendly support, really great experience ordering from them. It's also stationed in the netherlands (not in the US as described here for some reason), which means there's no dealing with customs for us EU buyers.

This company is absolutely brilliant

This company is absolutely brilliant. Orders are dispatched efficiently and arries promptly, and, where possible they repurpose old packaging.
Another massive plus is that DPD delivers my order to me inthe UK. I reckon that they are one of the best couriers, keeping me informed of the stages of delivery in a very professional way. Special delivery requests use free text, so no guessing which best location suits your purpose if you're not at home. In these circumstances my requests have been granted about 95% of the time. Also, the couriers name is given.
All being well perhaps their delivery methods will prompt other courier companies to improve THEIR services.
In closing, I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Blaster Time to friends who participate in the foam dart hobby!

Bluster Time is the worst company I…

Bluster Time is the worst company I have ever dealt with—pure fraud! They take your money without hesitation, only to lie about "system issues" with dates and delivery afterward. It’s clear they have no intention of fulfilling their promises. The refund process is a joke—they keep stalling and never give your money back. This business is a disgrace, operating on deceit and manipulation. Do yourself a favor and stay as far away as possible unless you enjoy being scammed and disrespected!

I placed an order

I placed an order, and they refused to deliver on time with too many excuses. Not only did my package disappear somewhere between NL Post and NL Customs, but Blaster Time did absolutely nothing to help locate it.

Their website falsely claims “no extra charges for Europe”, yet my package was held at customs. Cyprus is part of the EU, so why did it go through customs in the first place? My son lost the Christmas gift, and I don't have time to order it from elsewhere, and you know what it means—the Christmas gift for a child. 

This is misleading, unacceptable, and unprofessional.
Blaster Time’s complete lack of professionalism, accountability, and customer support is appalling. My order is lost, my time is wasted, and I’m left with nothing. I strongly advise against using Blaster Time for any purchases. Save your money and shop elsewhere!

My go to shop when purchasing nerf blaster parts

As per usual everything was sent quickly, I recieved the download link for the digital files for printing immediately and the parts I ordered were shipped out the next day. Thus far I have not been dissatisfied with shipping time and responses to issues. Whenever I sent a question to the customer support response was fairly quick.

First impression good, then no answer from support

Great first experience as the items I purchased on 15th June were quickly on their way. Sadly something went wrong with the adress so in germany it was returned to them. I contacted them and they quickly responded adress format must be changed a bit then second delivery will work... and that's it so far. Tracking said it was returned 26th June, so I wrote them multiple times till now, how things are going and if it already was reshipped but never got an answer (now is the 4th July). That's really sad that the communication broke off with no reason.

Edit 09.07.24:
So according to a reply next day, there was a delay. The package was buried in the Return pile, which is processed every 1-2 weeks. They made it ready and after a few days it was finally successfully delivered.

Great service.

Very fast handling of orders. Very good at keeping the customer informed about whats happening and when the order has been shipped. I had an issue with my order, and that was handled swiftly and to my absolute satisfaction. Will shop again.
