Bleedscrews Reviews

Great advice and service all through some pics on what’s app
Brilliant

Easily able to identify the part needed due to the website, fair pricing and delivery. A great company to do business with. Saved having to change a whole radiator for the customer.

The box was basically empty 1 or 2 blead screws per size. Probably just fit a new radiator next time I haven't got the correct size of blead screw

it did as it said it would

Helpful website to pick the correct item.

Very useful service being able to pick from many then send it back.

Speedy response, safely packaged, competitively priced. What's not to like?

i bought radiator wall stays of the luxury traditional style, polished brass. A great looking product. A good price. Havent fitted them yet so cant comment on thw full story. Good comms from seller and very quick delivery.

The first part I ordered was actually the wrong part, however the firm were extremely helpful in arranging a return and re-shipping the correct part to me.

I needed a replacement bleed screw for an old radiator. The diagrams and dimension of each bleed screw on the website enabled me to select the correct screw. Without this I would have needed to get a plumber in to replace the radiator at much greater cost. Delivery if the replacement bleed screw was also very prompt.

Order arrived promptly even though it was a small order for a single item.
Excellent service from a source I will rarely use but very happy to know about.

A really helpful service, I sent a couple of photo's of my damaged bleed valve and they sent a link which contained a replacement, I ordered it an hey presto, job done!, saved me paying out for a new radiator!!

Issues with delivery provider when contacted resolved without any questions

Excellent prompt service and will highly recommend as it really got me out of a hole.
I had a “Kingspan Veha”rad, probably 30 years old with the vent on the back of the panel and managed to remove the old worn pin and replace. Phew !

I ordered a bleed screw from this company which arrived in about a week and unfortunately it did not fit. I telephoned the company 4 times over 2 days without an answer. I then sent 2 emails with the dimensions of the screw I required. This was about 2 weeks ago and I have yet to get a response.
I know its a small order but given that this is there specialist field, I would at least have expected an acknowledgment.
Seems like they are a 2 bit outfit with a fancy website but very little backup or customer service.
Best avoided

Managed to ascertain what screw I needed from the radiator pictures on the website and ordered accordingly. I was sent those and extra screws which had a slightly different thread and they fitted perfectly. Great service and delivered in a couple of days.

Quick delivery. Bleed keys just the job. Excellent.

Great product quality, fast turnaround. Jason was knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating.

A speedy service, excellent.
