Terrible customer service, I never received my shop coins that I won on the super wheel on the 21/10/24 several emails and still got no answers, shouldn't be taking this long, just received the same scripted reply everyday , no answers to how long it will take, didn't even bother to answer my question about how I go about making a complaint!

My whole family has accounts with Blighty - love the games (although the site logs out on a number of games) good return. promotions - well we stay away from any promotions really as they all cost you in the end. Do play the free spins for the regular £1.50/£2 win. Some family have had big wins too and no issues with pay out - unlike some other sites. Verification process fast and realistic and definitely don't ask for your DNA. Pay out ratio I have found is pretty good. All in all one of the better sites.

Don't go any where near this site promise you all promotional offers but when you win on there free spins and with draw the funds you get blocked and accused of abuse of the promotional offers so you don't get any at all and mobile site is dodgy to say the least

I have just read the reviews very strange all i can say to me this is a good site to play on i have never had a problem with bonuses or withdraws and a few free spins a day is very nice to.

I've given you a 1 star because I can't give you zero, you cannot send people emails to deposit with an offer of free spins or whatever promotion your running at that time then NOT give the promotion, I asked for my £10 back in my account or if not close my account and you've closed it, not good enough but looks like quite a few people already know what this site is like !! Joined.. after recieving an INVITE to join..deposited £10..played it...came off...not 24hours had even passed and these scam artists restricted my access..continue reading and ill tell you why....they are interlinked...heres wat happened to me.

Its down to 888 group/cassava enterprise(gibraltar ltd) and 888uk limited..dragonfish...I dont even want to give 1 star.. i give it -0 total customer abuse...upon joining a site held by these..its fine..but then when you recieve invitations telling you to join thier other branded site(sister sites).. thats were they get you. Deposit and give them your money..but believe me..you cant win..even if you do win..as stated by them which i have in writing..they are no obliged to give any cash balance or pending withdrawals. Its not like i joined the same site multiple times..i joined other bingo site which were named different. If this was such a bad thing and against terms then why the hell do they constantly invite you to thier other sites knowing fully well you are signed up on one of thier older sites..naturally who doesnt like a bit of wager free bingo...i do..and if i get invited..even better..but no..its a disgrace..it always ends up being the customers fault with these..they can not do any wrong..havent you herd the well known phrase"the customer is always right"...not to these.. but i stand my ground on this because i did nothing wrong.. if they did not constantly hound people to join the siteS they own..people would not have multiple bingos..but there are a few names that are unique and clearly same person but still keep poppin up in wins which makes me feel targeted as i have stated this to thier customer services..i do not have full access to my cashier now either and figured this out wen i made a deposit...i won..tried withdrawing a little of it..but amazingly my withdrawal section was restricted..deposit section was fine..they will invite you to join thier multiple different bingo sites and wen u do they will TAKE your money but they are not happy to give you anything back and will always say its your fault that they close your account and keep your money like they did with me on idolbingo..i deposited £10 bought tickets in the £1k thursday groove room..god makes me think i must have won because not even 24 hours later i could not even log in..they had restricted my access to my account not long after accepting my money..i contacted them and they told me i was abusing thier bonuses...funny seen as you have to deposit to get bonuses and i have not deposited on all sites i joined..i even stated i would happily play with NO bonuses ever...i was then told to refrain from opening any futher accounts within the 888 group specifically..cassava enterprise(gibralta)ltd and 888uk limited.they are a joke..and yet i still keep getting thier cruddy spam invites...wat a crok...i would tell you to AVOID THESE MONEY THIEVES..i have found a much better site and i adore this one and its NOT OWNED by 888,cassava enterprise or dragonfish...iam now sharing my bad experience with everyone so they know these brands can not be trusted in the bingo sites department. Deposited 10 pounds and got vouchers to play certain games that only play at certain times.
The site is terrible. I was awarded free spins but the small print says the cap on any free spin win is a pound !! That is ridiculous.
I spent 30 quid on slots and I didn’t get a single bonus or win over 3.00. Infact for 20 consecutive spins I had nothing. This site is an absolute con.
Between this and magical Vegas I have to say that this site is worse. Do not play !! Avoid avoid avoid !!

Wat alias of rubbish this site is if your gonna deposit make sure you haveplenty of money to keep up with there loyalty program I was getting 1.70 off my free spins I get 14 per day then wen my loyalty went up to 15 free spins my bonus went down to 75p wen I phoned them they said I haven't deposited that's y it's gone down well Blighty I won't be depositing again and I suspect wen the majority of your customers get the same treatment they won't neither so my rating for this site is zero zero zero

Wasn't impressed with the joining bonus said dep £10 play with £80, well it's vouchers to play on their selected game, there is a limit to how many you can play on the game which only runs once a day, even worse you have 7 days to redeem your vouchers on a once a day tic limited game, I would think they will expire before you can use them. I play on my iPad but not everything appears, some is blocked out and some missing, I have been trying to find "my account" as you get loyalty points and they say look on homepage, I can't find a homepage so my loyalty points will not be redeemed. Give it a bit fat MISS.

I have to tell my fellow bingo and casino players about a site to avoid at all costs. I got a flyer through the post. Come join Blighty Bingo NO WAGERING REQUIRMENTS EVER.
