I have received an email from Bliss Body
I have received an email from Bliss Body asking me to become their brand ambassador. I have accepted their offer and I haven't shared any of my personal details like paypal email etc....
Am I safe, or are they scamming people ?
Please let me know
Idk man i’d just ignore almost every business propose email
I am a random south east asian (pardon my english, i will try my best to explain) and after i read couple of reviews in this forum, i found out i was emailed by the other Read sibling called Maria.
I am a non muscular guy (read: fat), but i checked their instagram account which consists many attractive people. I just can’t feel i am relevant enough to be their brand ambassador.
Annndd yes i got the same email which she said she LOVE my style on my instagram account. The first email was automatically put into SPAM category by my Gmail, but she sent another email asking if i already read that mail.
+ asking me to pay the shipping cost.
I don’t think i’ll reply the email.
How a scam!
I took also an email from Melissa Read, so-called Head of Pr at Bliss Body. We recognised that it was a new kind of scam
Such a scam
Such a scam. I knew it was from the moment I received an email from “Evelyn Read” and I’m dying at how many are being contacted by fake people with the same last name 😂
To chip in...
To chip in.... I do also received an Email from Anna Read, asking me to be ambassador of their Watch. :) Why would a UK brand ask an Asian man who never been to UK to be their ambassador. They claimed to "love" my style. ahahaha... I am replying the email, to see what is going to happen.
And if you notice, the email domain is definitely different from the actual official website. :)
Oh, oh, please also take note, if you choose to accept the ambassador program in their website, you can get the product for FREE! and the shipping cost is going to entitle them to send 1 whole computer weight of products to you.
My Bliss Body/ Bliss Leggings is a scam
I am so glad that I do my research when something like this comes up. I was emailed by Lara Read, which seems to have a lot of relations working at this company. Must be a nightmare when everyone has the same surname. I went to the website and I went to instagram account and it looks legit...but it doesn't. There are so many things i can say but i don't want the scammers knowing more of what I know to take the scam further.
Double check at the email address where the email has come from and the email signature at the bottom.
It's a scam
I got an email from Claire Read asking to be a brand ambassador, whole thing felt very fishy obviously since my Instagram page is just photos of me being an idiot that aren't exactly brand friendly. Seeing this page with everyone else saying "(Insert Name) Read" messaged them just solidified my belief it was bs. Now for the fun part! I'm going to string them along for as long as I can by email saying that I'm on board, but I'm going to see how many hoops I can get them to jump through!
Least Intelligent Scam Ever
Contacted by “Melissa Read” to become a brand ambassador because she loves my style. Well, that’s strange because I run a private tutoring insta page for kids under 16 so I’m not sure who she thinks would want to see me promoting leggings on my insta? Also I don’t know what she likes about my year 6-8 math and English hacks? Maybe she’s a nerd with the IQ of an 8 year old. Either way it’s clearly a scam of some description. Not happy that they were able to gain my personal email address from Instagram. Will be investigating this further.
Long waiting time
I placed my order on the 5th of May 2020. The waiting time had been extremely long. Moreover, I have exchanged a couple of e-mails with the company, asking about my order and the tracking number (never received information about the tracking number). The company was explaining that due to coronavirus things are slower than usual.
I received my order exactly 2 months later.
When it comes to the quality of the leggings, they are just fine, they fit well and the material is average.
Definitely a scam
Definitely a scam. I was asked to be a Brand Ambassador because Anna Read claimed to "love" my style on Instagram. I'm a photojournalist and none of my photos are of me or style. Delete.

I always tell people to research online before clicking the 'link'... Thanks, to all netizens for being alert and sharing your stories. This the mail i replied them with-

STOP SCAMMING PEOPLE!!
You thought that I would fall for your SCAM!! No f**kers, you ain't gonna get me. If you truly wanna sell your products, at least be legit, Stop selling fake s**ts online or anywhere for that matter. Even if you are just charging the shipping cost(that's the actual value of your product or even less) STOP telling people lies. STOP promoting your fake ambassador s**t. It's an easy giveaway that you people are running some SCAM.!!
My suggestions are that you focus on improving the qualities of your product, have a good marketing strategy, and sell genuine stuff. That may boost your morale as well and actually do something good. This world doesn't need fake things!!
Good day!!"
Very cheap
I was also contacted as brand ambassador and I actually received the watch, paying the shipment only. The quality is extremely bad, no matter what you pay, so don’t go for it. Customer service was pretty fast though.
Just don't.
Like I've seen someone else put on here, I was contacted by them to be an ambassador, only mine was from a Belle Read.
I was pretty suspicious so checked their website out. I was very surprised to see a sports bra selling for about $23 that was exactly the same as one I own that I bought for more like £3, probably less even. So definitely would not buy from here, you can find these products for much cheaper on sites like eBay or wish of you are so inclined.
Also looks like their ambassador thing is a huge scam if you look them up on YouTube.
Cheap and terrible material
I ordered a legging size M, I got it after 3 weeks, (I was thinking, wow, not too bad) until I open it. It looked really cheap made by a terrible material. Also it didn’t even fit half way my butt. It was so small and cheap that I had to throw it in the garbage.
