Exceeded my expectations
I'm so glad I ordered blisss barfi for my husband's 40th birthday. The whole customer service experience from start to finish was outstanding. Excellent communication, and delivered on time. My guests loved the barfi, and the presentation (boxes and gift bags). I will definitely be ordering again. Highly recommended.

Amazing service and immense flavours
I placed an order for my mums birthday with 150 boxes and Blisss Barfi followed through with excellent service and amazing flavours.
The packaging surpassed my expectations.
Without a doubt Blisss Barfi is the only company I will now highly recommend.

After my initial review of one star i (lack of communication from the company) I am now changing it to five stars as the company have got back to me and rectified and acknowledged their error.
I ordered £250 worth of Barfi and they were praised at each household they were delivered to. Excellent packaging i didn't have to add anything extra.

I'm so surprised by the bad reviews
I'm so surprised by the bad reviews, we had the best experience with Bliss. Amazing customer service, super friendly and the quality of the barfi was 10/10. I've ended up gifting people multiple boxes of barfi because they go down such a treat. We'll defo be buying again for our future functions.
Rubbish customer service
I don't like to leave bad reviews. Their product - is delicious, customer service and ordering is appalling. I ordered 15 boxes to be delivered on a specific day and gave 10 days notice. Chased the order down all day, emails and phone calls went unanswered. Only form of communication responded to was via IG. Initially told order was on its way and would be delivered by 8pm. Nothing arrived and no attempt was made to deliver. Rather than take responsibility for their mistake got a whole bunch of excuses. Eventually agreed to re-send my order on the following Monday (I specifically asked for Monday as it's the only day my team work in the office). Instead order was posted on Wednesday (next day delivery) knowing that there was a Royal Mail strike. Order arrived Friday morning at 7:15 am. Bliss still not taking any responsibility and claiming this is the only way they could get it to me. Had they bothered to communicate with me i would have been able to explain that no one works in the office on Friday. What makes it worse is that they keep telling you about the 8/9 days shelf life. Items that were posted on Weds, probably made on Tues. You don't want to be waiting until Monday before you hand them out. Very bad experience and will not be ordering again.

Avoid avoid avoid!!!!! Worst experience ever wouldn’t recommend or ever order again really!! Barfi looks nice taste nice but nothing special, tried to place an order through website which kept crashing called the company was told to place the order through email had no email confirmation to say the order had been placed or when delivery will be had to keep calling and chasing the order ridiculous 😡😡 as a company they should be letting me know! Order was meant to arrive on a Wednesday but nothing came called again said it will be here for Thursday waited all day nothing turned up so called again said it should come today if not write an email which I did but no reply again!! Then the order arrived on Friday though thank god opened the boxes only half the order rang bliss again and they said they same thing it will arrive tomorrow I should wait if they will return my money which as this point I was very annoyed as I wanted give my barfi out to family and friends didn’t Evan arrive on Saturday then I emailed them again for my refund on Monday had no reply so called called again!!!! Then they said send bank details which I did and then I received my money 4 days later Evan tho it was bank transfer!!! And till this date the missing barfi never turned up tbh I don’t Evan think they posted it out!!!!
Sent a message 25th of June took ages…
Sent a message 25th of June took ages for reply no direct action taken. Was wanting 15 cooking and 8 3d cookies. Gave dates of delivery and messaged for a response to a reply on the 5th of July to no information was given on booking dates and quantity they needed more information. Had to screen shot the messages back as all information was provided.
Ashame as I was hoping to place an order. Customer service should have been turned around with an apology and placing my order.
Wouldn't say avoid company as they seem to do nice products but customer service could have been a lot better handled.
Delicious barfi and fab service
Thank you to Nin and team for making my event extra special with their delicious barfi, my guests were truly impressed. I loved the selection of flavours to choose from and the barfi looked irresistible.

Just wanted give some feedback and thank you for my recent order to the Midlands. Ordered for a work event in celebrating asian fusion and culture within the work place.
Blisss Barfi had met my needs of when and where I required the boxes to be delivered on time. But mostly how well the barfi went down with my colleagues with strawberry cheesecake being the most favourite. I hope to order again in coming months. Thank for being professional and taking time to check I had received the ordered in time 👍
Purchase if you want your order late
I should have read reviews before hand. This company has no organised procedures. Make and send your sweets whenever they feel like even if you select a date. But whats the most grating thing, is that customer service is appalling. Forget socials even responding to you. One call was answered and lots of excuses. Tracking was not given as promised and got angry when I called them out for it. Called another day throughout the day to no response and the answer given was we cant have someone at the phone all day. Is that not part of customer service? They respond back to emails once I called them a fraud and said I will claim a chargeback. Missed the main event I needed these for so were useless in the end. Packaging could be done more carefully as some looked like they were wrapped in a rush. Only gave two stars as ONE person enjoyed some of the sweets. But i would not buy again or bother with the stress of this company. Read other reviews before purchasing.
Poor communication skills but they responded
Poor communication skills. After seeing the reviews here it all makes sense. Called the company and emailed them several times and no one bothered to get back to me. I'd rather go to barfia they seem to have a better customer satisfaction rather than Bliss Barfi.
Having mentioned the above, finally today I got a call back from the company who have responded to my questions, apparently my emails went to their junk mail hence it was missed. I will keep updating my review depending on further interactions and if we do use them I will update if it is was good or not. Although it's a shame they don't send out samples, it would help customers to choose their flavours.
Disappointing taste and service
Disappointing, Ordered 8 boxes for Diwali 1 week in advance , paid £7.50 for delivery , requested for delivery a day ‘before’ Diwali. They arrived late on Diwali evening. Tried calling the company several times , they eventually answered but said could not help the delay , blamed Royal Mail. Poor customer service. Barfi’s themselves were very average in taste. They looked better than they tasted. Also, they do not allow customers to review on social media - which speaks for how they lack faith in themselves !!
Do not use them!
I wish I’d read both these reviews. In the same position as these people below. No contact at all after taking my money. So disappointed! Diwali is today and they haven’t responded to the multiple messages I’ve left over the last week! DO NOT USE THEM!
Took Money, Didn't Deliver
I wish I had read the one solitary review here before placing an order on 24 October, well in time for Diwali for 5 boxes paying the minimum £7 delivery charge.
After receiving confirmation of my order, nothing else from the company. I left a comment on an instagram post of theirs and they sent me a private message asking me for the order number, which I provided. They responded saying it would be delivered the next day (today) and provided me a tracking number. Today it's gone midday, I look up the tracking number the and Royal Mail website states the item hasn't even been received with them yet "The sender has advised us they're preparing your item. More information will be available when we receive it."
Feel extremely disappointed to have placed an order well in advance and then this happens. I have to make alternative arrangements now to get Diwali sweets at great inconvenience to myself, who on earth wants to drive into Southall or Wembley in the days leading up to Diwali, it will be chaos!
Definitely not recommending this company and have asked for a refund, let's see how long that takes seeing as they can't even be bothered to reply to customer emails, claiming they're busy!
In an Instagram message: "Unfortunately we are not able to answer every call due to Diwali being tomorrow." I haven't even called them, knowing they'd be busy! And yes, I know it's tomorrow, which is why I ordered well in advance with them only to be sorely let down!
Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. I requested Diwali Barfi's to be delivered between 10th and 13th November in time for Diwali. This hasn't reached anyone, despite placing the order in good time (26th October) and being in contact with them before this date. Chased a few times by email, phone calls going straight to voicemail (left messages too). All very good marketing, but not backed up with the customer service.... Disappointed. Please process a refund!
I'm all for supporting local businesses which makes this equally a shame.
