Terrible service
Terrible service, non-existing !!! Went to a shop in Rijswijk, wanted to buy an air heater (badkamerkachel). Was told in the shop that I can only buy it online. Came home, ordered it online and my ordered was cancelled with the message, that you can only buy it in shops. The nearest shop was in another city. I had no choice but to buy it in another online shop, not Blokker. Another time, went to the shop and saw a sandwich grill that I wanted to buy. Was told that it's only a display and I should buy it online. I went home, ordered it online and received a message that no home delivery is possible and I must pick it up in the shop !!!
Misleading Terms of Service, Lying staff, False advertising
The clerk told my wife that an electric kettle she bought could be returned if we were not comfortable with it (I injured my wrist and the kettle had to be lightweight enough). After using the kettle for few (less than 10) times, we saw that it was both too heavy for me and it got two hot on the body. We wanted to return it to Blokker Delft (the same shop), not only did they refuse, were they rude and aggressive as well.
I checked the website for terms of service, on the banner which is the first thing you see it says "free changes and returns", but when you dive into the terms of service, you will see that they state "only if unused".
I know that the 14 cool-off days does not apply to products bought in shops, but this their act is clearly misleading and a false advertising.
Partner ignoring emails, item undelivered, blokker refuses to help
I ordered something from them through one of their partners, the post.nl reference constantly says 'waiting for item'. The 'partner' won't answer emails. I contact blokker, they say keep contacting the partner. I ask for a refund hey say I have to refuse the item when delivered for it to be refunded, no other way. So I have to refuse the item that isn't getting sent to me.
Terrible customer service, I won't order anything from blokker again. totally useless service. understand my they have a 1.9 rating on here. I hope more people stop using them.

Blokker's own product for water cooker is really bad. When its cap broken after just 5 months in use (doesn't close, leaving water boiling forever dangerously, store refused warranty because "they don't warranty the cap".
And the person at the store is very impolite.

Ordered an air fryer from Blokker end February 2023. It broke a week ago. Contacted their customer service and received no reply. Looked again at the order to see they used some company called Ways to fulfill the order which does not give you any details on their terms and conditions when you order so you think you're still under Blokker's terms and conditions! Contact them to ask for a refund or exchange. Told no it is not in their policy although it clearly states on the Blokker site where I ordered and have the receipt from and who took my money! that the warranty is two years on electrical goods. But no, Blokker apparenty cede responsiblity to this random company and follow their warranty which is practically nothing. It also ignores EU Consumer Law which gives you 2 years warranty but apparently the Netherlands is too good to follow such a ruling so now I'm stuck with a broken air fryer and over 100 euro out of pocket. Absolute disgrace of a company. Go to Amazon which is always hassle free and they offer exchange or refund across 2 years don't waste your time with this utterly mean scam of a company.

Blokker Egg boiler
We bought the Blokker BL-70003 Eierkoker 'Smart' egg boiler and the inner part has become rusty. It still works but the rust isn’t very appealing. So I wouldn’t recommend it.
Worst service
Very bad service, I have ordered a laundry basket and they gave damaged product. So I sent back with courier guy to return the product. After 2days when I call blokker customer care, they are very rude and saying me we ll cancel your order instead of replacing product. Also, refund of money takes 15days after we receive product back. I’m not sure when they receive the product and I need to wait until 15days after receiving product to get my money back.
This is really weird behaviour from Blokker and this happening for me second time.
So I kindly request not to order any products from Blokker.
Package never arrived
Last week, I placed an order with Blokker, and both items were sold by then, so no third party was involved. The problem is that it says it was delivered, but I never received it, nor did my neighbors. I tried contacting Blokker and the delivery company on the 27/10 and 30/10, but I had no answers so far. Now there is an aggravant that if they try to resend it, I'm not living at the same address anymore.

Take responsibility for your 'partners'! Make them provide a refund/replacement when they have supplied damaged goods
I have spent a lot of money with Blokker over the years and recently purchased 6 bowls at the cost of EUR95 from Blokker's 'partner' Cookinglife. They arrived completely broken and I can't get my money back or a replacement product. I have rung Blokker several times and keen being told that Cookinglife will ring me or email me and it hasn't. This has been going on for 3 weeks now. Blokker should make sure it is dealing with reputable companies and take responsibility. Blokker please read the reviews of this company! And as I am not getting anywhere with Cookinglife, Blokker should take action and make sure I am refunded or get the product.
I never received a package
I never received a package, they left a package somewhere and it was stolen, and in my apartment they can call to let me know that there is a package but I never received it. I called this company 3 times and they said they would resend another package, it's been almost 1 month and nothing, they also said they would refund me if I didn't resend the package and guess what? they did not return money, or resend the package, or call back.

Don't bank on the claimed next day delivery. Ordered 7 items, 4 arrived the next day as advertised. According to DHL two of the missing three items may come in a day or two but not guaranteed, and the other one is still being sorted by DHL 24 hours later, so who knows when that item will arrive.
This was my first online purchase from Blokker and I have to say my last. I will not accept deceitful advertising wherein next day delivery is stated, but in reality does not happen. Sure, its the shipping company DHL who are messing up (as they always do), but I am the end user, not interested in who said what, so 2 stars is all I will give.
