Was in and out within 5 minutes. Was helped by Abdul (thank you!!). Told him what I was looking for and tried on a couple of colours and purchased immediately. So easy, thank you!

I was able to choose my glasses quite…

I was able to choose my glasses quite quickly with the help of a lovely sales adviser who happily helped me choose some nice frames to suit my face.
These glasses are really good value for money compared to places like specsavers and vision express. I feel like eyewear for glasses users should be more affordable as it’s a necessity and companies charge too much money for lenses and frames for glasses.

Today I received my new Bloobloom…

Today I received my new Bloobloom glasses, and I’m genuinely impressed with the presentation. It’s been a while since I’ve bought glasses I loved this much at such a reasonable price. The staff in the store were incredibly helpful and friendly — Diane in particular was lovely and made choosing so much easier. I’ll definitely be coming back for more styles. The only downside was the nearly two-week wait, but it was completely worth it because I absolutely love them.

Lovely staff...oh and lovely eyewear!

Lovely, smart store presenting affordable, yet stylish eyewear.

All the staff were very friendly and approachable but in particular San who helped me. He recommended styles but also let me get on with browsing and trying as I prefer to shop solo. He was there if I needed help or questions and was very professional, yet honest. He made the process from start to finish very smooth for me and I did not feel pressured by any upselling.

All in all a great experience. Great team, nice store. Will definitely be recommending to friends and family!

Amazing customer service - Thank you Cherrie

Was helped by the lovely Cherrie in the Carnaby street store. She was amazing, she intuitively chose glasses options for me what suited my style perfectly and helped me to narrow down and choose the one I wanted. I had an eye test as well here and the optician was lovely as well. Whole team was great - amazing customer service!

Great customer service by Abdul. Friendly , warm, great sense of style and was super helpful. Sold a fab style to me even though was not looking to buy glasses. Lovely design and good value for money .Highly recommend the place.

Came in today for a free eye test

Came in today for a free eye test, it was so quick but thorough! Then Cherry in the Carnaby Store helped me look at glasses and find the perfect style for me! We looked at a few pairs, I wasn’t going to buy glasses this time but Cherry found me the perfect pair and made me feel like a BOSS!! Thanks Cherry!!🍒 super lovely staff and very helpful! Really recommend :)

shoutout Dua + co.!

Dua was so helpful from the start. She helped me pick from a bunch of frames, which I usually hate doing as a hijabi. The optom was really nice and professional, he had a very calming presence and made sure I wasn't paying for unnecessary extras. Putting my order through was quick and easy. Dua's colleague made sure he double checked everything with the positioning. Really nice team and experience, overall. Thank you :)

1 star — Serious dispensing failure and refusal to take responsibility

I attended bloobloom Canary Wharf on the 11 November 2025 for an eye test and specifically ordered single-vision reading/computer glasses with blue light filter and UV protection. I purchased new frames solely for this purpose and for their reglazing service. Despite repeating this instruction multiple times in writing and in person, I was supplied with incorrect lenses.

As a result, the frames were physically altered with the wrong lenses and are now unusable for their intended purpose and cannot be returned. bloobloom refunded the reglazing service fee but refused to reimburse the full cost of the frames (£78), offering me less than I paid. I attempted to reach a fair and amicable resolution, but they declined. They only offered to remake the lenses 24 days later (on 5 December 2025), by which point I had already been forced to purchase another pair elsewhere because I urgently needed glasses for work.

They also refused to participate in ADR — Alternative Dispute Resolution, a process designed to resolve consumer disputes fairly without going to court — and closed correspondence.

This was not a goodwill issue — it was a professional dispensing failure followed by refusal to take responsibility for the financial loss caused. Very disappointing experience.

Just for context, you purchased a reglazing service from us using frames you bought elsewhere.
We understand you were dissatisfied with the single vision lenses, and when you raised this with us, we offered to remake the lenses at no additional cost. You chose not to proceed with the remake, so we provided a full refund for the reglazing service as a gesture of goodwill, which we did exceptionally, as reglazes are not normally refundable.

The frames you purchased separately were returned to you in perfect condition, neither damaged nor altered.
As we didn't supply the frames as part of your order, we can't be responsible for reimbursing their cost.
Regarding ADR, this applies to unresolved disputes about goods or services the business has provided. The reglazing service has been fully resolved through a refund, and your claim relates to frames we did not sell, so there is no unresolved dispute within the scope of ADR.

We always aim to resolve issues professionally and fairly, and we're sorry we couldn't reach an outcome that worked for you despite our efforts.

Highly recommend! Great customer service

I had a great experience picking out my glasses thanks to Abdul. He was very patient, honest, and took the time to help me find the perfect pair (it took me a whole hour). I never felt rushed, and he genuinely cared about making sure I was happy with my choice.

Dua & Wael assisted me in getting the right glasses. In fact, we were just visiting the store, ended up placing an order. They were keen on the details and helped me what I needed, also the pricing was quite reasonable and affordable when compared to competitors.

The optician I saw was really lovely…

The shop is 10/10 & the staff are CLEAR!!

The shop and the service is lit.

Every single time I go in there all of the staff have the best vibes and ensure I get exactly what I want without compromise. The selection and variety is everything, I’ve not come across a fashion (eyewear) retailer with such choice. The quality is very good too.
