A further update to my previous update. I have now thoroughly reviewed the flowers we bought for our grandma for £27. The flowers were awful and a total let down as well as a total embarrassment of a gift. We took photos and compared to another set of flowers that she received that came from the petrol station at a cost of £5 which were 200% lovelier. Although customer service did contact me to offer a resolution of which I accepted today for 50% refund, I wish I hadn't and opted for a full refund based on the condition, quality and quantity of the flowers which did not represent the image on their website. I appreciate their willingness to address my concerns at the time but unfortunately I have to downgrade my review back to 1 star. Thank you. Very poor experience, costly flowers looked lovely online no mention that they would come in a cardboard box delivered by Royal Mail for a very special birthday of our Grandma. She relayed that the flowers were dripping, they did have plant food but looked wilted, droopy and not as described. Not the experience we paid for and costly. Will never use their service again and a lesson to support local florists instead. The deception I believe is that they clearly do not state that the flowers are delivered in a cardboard box they give the impression that they are local and will deliver a bouquet of flowers similar to that we get from Interflora or your local florists, which is not what happens. AI bot was poor left us dangling with no response for ages. Received a generic email response quite quickly to my complaint, but not to my request for a refund or to send an actual bouquet of flowers. Would avoid at all costs.

Flowers arrived next day and although they appeared a little tired looking in the box I had no worries as I have purchased previously from Bloom & Wild. Once I had followed the simple instructions the flowers were in fantastic condition within hours. Will definitely buy again.

Ordered online, order system went awry,order was processed but not confirmed .eventually got sorted.
Delivery was to my daughter in uk, i am in roi. I had email around 12noon,stating that flowers had been left outside door. Doorbell was allegedly rung, two vehicles were parked on premises. I contacted my daughter around 5pm,she had not acknowledged the flowers, they were a gift. She found them outside the door, extremely hot,given the recent temperatures. I contacted bloom and wild, they asked for pictures, which I duly received from my daughter and sent to them. I also explained the delivery was poor, the flowers ought never to have been left, and more attention paid to discovering if anyone was at home, which they were. Have received email stating my account with them, has been credited with 7 pounds. Given the flowers were over 27 pounds, I feel that derisory. They ought at least to refund my bank. Anyway, upshot,will never use them again, so buyer beware. Edit. Have received email now offering full refund to my bank account, which I will happily accept,however that ought to have been their course of action,initially.

Ordered these for a friend and it was delivered on time. Was worried about it surviving the hot weather but it did. A couple of days later, the bouquet looked spectacular.

I've ordered twice from Bloom & Wild, I don't like in the UK but my friends do and I love that they have a great variety of flowers as well as potted flowers to gift.
All options are beautiful and my friends have always been surprised and beyond happy!
The quality of flowers is great and they come very well packaged that I have no other words but praise!
Love it and will continue being a customer :)

Everything is always delivered on time and in perfect conditions with very easy to follow instructions, everyone who receives is very happpy

I love ordering flowers from Bloom and Wild, there is always so much choice of bouquets and other gifts available too if I don't want to send flowers. The Peony candle is lush, and recipients of the food hampers or chocolates have always commented how nice they are. I have also sent the 'Hug in a Biscuit' a few times. Thank you, keep up the great work!

The friendly and helpful Customer Delight team at Bloom and Wild were brilliant when I included an error in the delivery address with my order. They contacted me to let me know the flowers had gone to the wrong address and immediately offered to credit my account so that I could reorder. Theirr service was top drawer.

I had made a mistake with my postcode and didn't catch it before the flowers were sent out, the team - Rafa especially - were incredibly helpful and responsive and fixed my problem within 24 hrs! Top notch customer service and a very beautiful gift to celebrate my friend. Would recommend to everyone I know!

I've used Bloom & Wild quite a few times now and the quality of the flowers is excellent. The letterbox flowers are bit strange when you first see them but I received some for my birthday and once they bloomed, they looked amazing! Highly recommend.
