I have ordered flowers from Bloom and Wild on numerous occasions and have always had exemplary service and the recipients have always loved and appreciated their gift. Would highly recommend this company.

Ordered letterbox flowers for a friend, very reasonably priced and delivered quickly. Absolutely stunning flowers which fully bloom after a day or so. Would definitely recommend.

I've been buying gifts from Bloom & Wild for years, and I've always had a great experience. They offer a fantastic range of products, and their customer service team is consistently friendly, helpful, and efficient. While their prices can be a little high at times, they regularly have offers and discounts that make their products much more affordable. As a lovely surprise, they even sent me a free bouquet as a thank-you for being a loyal customer. It's a thoughtful touch that really shows they value their customers. I'll definitely continue using Bloom & Wild and would happily recommend them.

Disappointed with the freshness of the flowers and the size of the arrangement. Will never use again 🙁as it was a special birthday I expected more 😢😢 and they didn’t turn up till 4pm which was not mentioned on the delivery notes.

I have received a bouquet called "The Bonnie". Lovely shades of pink, yellow and mauve. So beautiful. Received on time and delivery occurred as scheduled.

I had a poor experience. I had ordered a gift and received confirmation that it would arrive to the person today. Well it didnt and no email notification
Very difficult to actually speak to a person. Spent 35 mins on their chatline and got dropped off 3 times before they gave me a refund. So infuriating as Chatlines have their limitations! Grrrr

The birthday present I ordered for my wife only 2 days ago, arrived this morning as per.my request.

Exceptional customer service and flowers. Always beautiful and I would not use another company to send flowers. They arrived in bud so give them a day or 2 to open plus they last longer as well

I have used Bloom & Wild many times now and always find them to be affordable, great quality and beautiful flowers.

I had some letterbox flowers that were due to be delivered yesterday for a family member and unfortunately Royal Mail decided not to post them. Before I even had the chance to reach out to Bloom & Wild myself as I fully intended to, they emailed me to apologise and were more than happy to rectify as soon as possible.

As it turned out, the postman realised they were flowers and redelivered today rather than Monday but the customer service team were quick to respond and more than happy to do whatever is needed to resolve the issue.

This is why I will continue to use Bloom & Wild. Fantastic customer service! Thank you

Hi, excellent customer service, replaced my dying orchid immediately, however on further inspection the orchids seem to have a plug close to the roots which holds water and is commonly called the ‘death plug’, orchids need free draining and airflow to thrive, you can’t see this on delivery so would advise removing asap to enjoy the plant for longer

Ordered a cĥeaper bunch and cheap they are!!:what was supposed to be a flowy, wild flower look but greenery is Eucalyptus... so badly suited to the arrangement. They can't even admit their mistake!
Nothing more disappointing than ordering florist quality flowers to receice a bunch no florist in right mind would put together!!
Mo I don"t want replavements or discounts - was a test... and would not want my friends or family to receive that poor product!!

Great range of gifting options, not just flowers and also a wide variety of cards for messaging. Reasonable, value for money prices and an excellent delivery service. What’s not to like about this company?

I had ordered a letterbox bouquet of flowers for a friend , when the Royal Mail tried to deliver it they were unable to, since the person was not at home. Bloom and Wild alerted me to the problem. I contacted my friend and learnt that he was away due to a family bereavement. Bloom and Wild were willing to resend a fresh letterbox bouquet 10days later at no extra cost to me. I think that is excellent service.

Bloom and wild are a rarity. I made a mistake with my order and they corrected it for me and went beyond what I could of expected.. Their customer service is exceptional, they replied quickly and sent a lovely personal message of reassurance and pure kindness. This is so rare with business world of today. Their flowers are gorgeous lots of choices and prices are very competitive with rewards and free delivery. They have an exceptional team of staff who show compassion and empathy and total professionalism.
