One of a kind (trust me)

Just had an amazingly surprising encounter with Bloomingville, over a product issue. Quite dumb struck really, how well and responsibly they handled the matter (I have purchased a lot from various manufacturers over the years and never had this happen). I went from 'never again' customer to 'definitely again' in one email. Very pleased!

Garbage quality, at insane prices

Absolutely horrible quality at insane price tags, this company is a hoax, blaming retailers for the poor quality of their own products. Stay away

Poor customer service and even worse…

Poor customer service and even worse product delivery times. Would not recommend it.

Garbage Products

My wife ordered a children’s toy/book shelf from this company. It arrived in shambles. However the box and packaging was in good condition. The bookshelf had fallen to pieces during transport due to horrendous build quality, not rough handling. The wood surfaces rough and splintery, very little finishing work, wood joints falling apart, and nails protruding out the back and side of the book shelf.

We requested a refund, the company refused and sent us another book shelf.

The second bookshelf arrived in the same condition, again, due to poor build quality and little finishing (it may be danish designed, but made in China).

Again we asked for a refund and the company went completely silent. Only after my wife left a bad review did the company get in touch and offer store credit, but no refund.

My wife used the credit to order bedside lamps. The lamps arrived in very poor condition. The lampshades smashed due to horrible quality/ materials and one of the lamps chipped and crumbling.

Again, we asked for a refund and the company has refused.

Unethical company with horrible product quality.

Could even place an order

I wanted to buy something, but after browsing through the entire catalogue for hours, I found out that I couldn't even order anything :(
