Regular subscription customer

When my flowers first arrive I’m usually thrilled with the selections; far too often some dry up 3 / 4 day’s in, making it not value for money.

I’ll be considering whether to continue with my subscription.

Overall comments satisfactory, but improvement needed in shelf life so to speak!

We try to guarantee that our bouquets look nice in your vase for at least 10 days, but because flowers are fragile, natural products things don't always go according to plan.

They responded promptly to request…

They responded promptly to my request that the bouquet seemed a little sparse for size of vase they sell and I got a prompt response and bouquet seems more abundant since and have been very pleased with each delivery since

I’ve been a blooming customer for a while and I feel recently that the cohesive look of the bouquet is not what it was unfortunately. Still lovely but not quite as impactful as they have previously been

The fact that each stem is unique and the bunches are always so well-curated in terms of variety and colour means it's the best monthly surprise.

Broken and withered

The flowers arrived a my friend’s place in Berlin broken and withered and she had to spend part of her 40th birthday to send a complaint to Bloomon to receive a fresh bundle. The new flowers looked great then, but the first batch was very embarrassing and I wouldn’t use Bloomon again or recommend your service based on that experience.

Flowers not delivered yet

Delivery was planned on the 29th of december but wasn’t deliver on time. I am waiting to see if I will get the flowers today. First time that delivery date wasn’t respected.

As well as you I hope you have received them on the 30st, the day you placed this review. 
Luckily will the flowers be wrapped with a sponge so they will have enough water in order to arrive in a fresh condition.
