Second review. Not only did I submit a review yesterday, but I am posting a second review to state that I still have not heard from this awful company. My mother was supposed to receive her flowers on Valentine’s Day. I even paid an additional $10 to have them specifically delivered on Valentine’s Day. She never received them. I am out $155 and I am fighting to get a full refund. I will never ever use this company again and I suggest that no one else does either. I will be more than happy to pay double next time and use a reputable company that will take care of their customers. I tried to call and all I got was an automated recording saying that I had to go online and fill out and submit a form regarding my issue. If I could give them negative stars I would. Do not trust this company. They only want your money

Absolutely terrible. Flowers never delivered. Worthless. I will gladly pay double to go with a different company next time.

I was a little worried when I read the reviews. Especially since my boyfriend never got a confirmation until he emailed. But I will say the local florist created such a beautiful bouquet! I’m happy to say they arrived on time!

I will never forget 2/14/26 Because that’s when my wife was to receive the flowers and nothing ever happened.
I am so frustrated right now.

Just awful experience! My husband ordered over $100 worth of flowers for Valentines Day and they said it would arrive Friday. He then got an email saying they were behind and unable to deliver that day. He now has a email saying they can’t deliver to our address. We’re in the process of trying to get a refund

Don't buy here, order a bouquet of roses with carnations, and they sent me something completely different

Bloomstoday ruined our Valentine’s Day.
We paid for a full gift set, but part of the order was never delivered. My child was crying because the promised surprise was incomplete.
Very disappointing service. I would not trust this company again.

Horrible!! don’t do it. $200 later and nothing like what was supposed to be delivered. the roses on the website looked huge, full and beautiful. Ended up getting 10 roses that could have been purchased from walmart for $20.00. mind blowing they are still in business…

Boutique came dry and dead. I was unsatisfied with my delivery.

I spent 150 dollars on a big beautiful bouquet that was supposed to come with lilies and other various flowers and a box of chocolate but what I got was a small batch of roses and no chocolate. Waste of money don’t buy here. You will be disappointed.

Horrible experience with them, they delivered the wrong flowers, a much smaller bouquet in bad shape and to topped off, they never delivered the chocolates that were added with the order, instead they got flowers that were for a different person from their spouse asking for forgiveness!!!… tried calling customer service and never got through the automated system, put a complaint on their online service and no response from them! …..out $150 for such a shitty service. I would give them a “0” start if that option existed

If you want to deliver flowers to anyone out of state, you'd find better success buying the flowers, stuffing them in a box, and shipping them through USPS. This company is the worst at delivering at the time you request AND the day you request them. I WISH I would have seen the reviews of this company prior to making my orders. Go with ANYONE else. Don't let the seamless, pretty, easy-to-navigate site fool you! It's impossible to just get what you paid for and the person on the customer service desk is NOT sorry about their terrible service.

After reading reviews after ordering I was a bit nervous, but I am pleasantly surprised that the stand of flowers I ordered were delivered on time before the funeral visitation hour and the stand of flowers is gorgeous! The stand is a good size and looks to be the size I ordered with plenty of greenery, roses, carnations and lilies. Thank you Blooms Today for coming through for me.

I ordered flowers and chocolate for my wife’s birthday on a day I was able to select on the calendar they provided no flowers or chocolate on her birthday not for sure if I am going to get it do not use this company. They are trash.

I saw the negative reviews after I’d ordered but my experience was excellent.
I ordered same-day flowers to be delivered by 3:00. Not only did they arrive on time, they are absolutely beautiful. My daughter, the recipient, is thrilled. The arrangement looks exactly as pictured, and larger than I had imagined.
I will use Blooms Today again.

I am extremely disappointed and upset with Bloomstoday. I ordered flowers for my daughter five days in advance. On the day they were supposed to be delivered, I never received a confirmation email, text, or anything — even though I selected that option when I paid.

I had to call them to find out what was going on, and that’s when I was rudely told my order had been canceled. No one notified me. I was told they “sent an email,” which they absolutely did not — I checked my inbox, spam, and trash. Nothing.

Then I was told I would have to wait 7–10 days to get my money back for an order THEY canceled. That alone is unacceptable. Not everyone has extra money sitting around to reorder elsewhere. For some people, that could have been all they had — and Bloomstoday would be the reason their child got nothing.

I was also told it was canceled because it was a “rural area,” which is not even true. My daughter lives right in town.

Because of their failure, I had to scramble late in the afternoon to find another florist, and now my daughter won’t even receive her flowers on time. This was a meaningful gift that they completely ruined.

This company is disorganized, careless, and showed zero compassion or accountability. I will never use Bloomstoday again and I do not recommend them.

I ordered a $100 flower arrangement for my daughter's birthday and she received the most pitiful little arrangement...6 flowers in a plastic cup. I sent the customer service a message and the arrangement was replaced today by something slightly larger but nothing like what you see on their website. The website totally misrepresents what you receive.
