Don't rely to their web store

I was so happy to offer this seat to my wife for her birthday.
I ordered and 10 days later, no shipment ...
After contacting the customer service I understood that the ref I've chosen was out of stock, but on their website the ref is still active and supposed to be delivered within a couple of days.
No additional information on a potential new delivery date but the payment has been executed ...

Difficult for purchasing experience for non French speakers

The product us great.
The purchasing experience is difficult for a not french speaker. The page is not translated and the navigation was confusing. Even when selecting DE (I do speak German) all the text was in French.
It was not possible to apply for the ambassador program discount, there was no way to find out to recommend someone the product.
The bloon itself is great. A bit too expensive, but more elegantly & stable than a regular sitting fit ball.

Great product

Very happy with my bloon. It looks great.
It arrived 2 days later in the UK. The pump is provided so it is pretty straighfoward to inflate it. Highly recommend it.
