BEWARE
BEWARE - Scam artists! I had a $119.00 arrangement sent to my boss, a senior manager at Cisco, to her hospital room. On April 12, I ordered from a photo on their web site and reviewed the order carefully by phone with their representative, being assured that what was in the photo was what would be sent on April 13. When I received a photo of what was actually received from my boss on April 14, I was shocked. It was NOTHING like the photo from which I ordered. I understand that sometimes slight substitutions need to be made but I this case, what was ordered was not only WRONG and completely DIFFERENT, but what was sent was comprised of very cheap flowers and a cheap basket -- so they are making money and scamming by charging for high quality flowers and baskets but delivering the CHEAPEST floral arrangement materials INSTEAD. I have proof of the photo I ordered from on their web site and the photo of what was actually delivered. When I called on April 14, they said they would deliver the correct order to my boss within 48 hours, who at that point had returned home for recovery, and I gave them her address. As of today, April 19, no new replacement flowers have been sent--when I called, they are now changing their story and using the 'shortage/substitution' excuse. So, I contacted American Express just now with my proof and they are crediting my card.
Lesson learned, never use this florist again! I should have read some of the other reviews below from others who have been scammed with deliveries that are completely different than orders.
Terrible
I ordered flowers to be delivered to an Aunt who was in hospice. They told me they were a florist in the town that she lived in. They are not they are out of LA. They assured me it was same day delivery, since she was in hospice I wasn't sure how long she would be with us.
The next day they text that the deliver wouldn't be for 2 more day. I tried calling and they kept hanging up on me. I also tried the on line chat and they never responded when I talked. Finally my husband called and they talked to him. I cancelled the order, but we will see if I get my money back. At a stressful time to begin with who wants to deal with florists like this
Disappointed
I ordered a beautiful funeral wreath on Feb 24th, to be delivered to the funeral home on Feb 25th. The funeral was on the 26th at the church. I saw no sign of the wreath at visitation, so I contacted Blossom Flower Delivery. Their explanation was the wreath was to be delivered to the church on the day of the funeral (which would have been too late), and gave a cock and bull story that the delivery person had a wreak and had to go to the hospital. Waiting for refund of $157 as I write this—will see.
Update: I did receive a full refund for the wreath, for which I’m thankful. Still disappointed re the lack of funeral arrangement
TERRIBLE!!
TERRIBLE!!! Nothing but a bait and switch scam. Better to buy from your local florist or even a grocery store. I sent flowers to friend when her mother died and what was delivered was NOTHING at all like what I ordered. NOTHING!!! Not even close to what was pictured. After 2 weeks of phone calIs and emails (including photos) I was offered $10. If I could rate them less than 1 star I would...
terrible
Ordered flowers for a funeral...for 5 days I received emails that my order could not be processed as they had no flowers!! finally requested a refund because it was too late for delivery. will never use them again. Very disappointed

BEWARE - SCAM!
Because of the pandemic, my elderly sister-in - law was going to be alone for the holiday. We ordered her a table arrangement to give her some cheer! Each day I received an email telling me the order was delayed but would happen the following day. I begged them to insure it would happen before Christmas so if not, I could order through a different company. As it stands it’s Dec. 26 and she never received the arrangement, & we have not received a credit for the charge. I believe this company is a SCAM!!

Bad Company
I ordered flowers online for a funeral. Ordered at 1:30. Their cut off was 2pm for same day delivery. They sent a email saying that the order was too late because Mississippi is in the Eastern time zone and it was 2:30! I called and tried to explain that MS is in Central time zone and asked that the flowers be delivered. They said they would email the florist that was to send the flowers out. I asked what florist would be sending out the flowers and was told they did not have that information. They only send emails. Needless to say no flowers were delivered on Friday and I called on Saturday to cancel the order and was told they would email the florist and try to cancel the order. I called the 4 florist in the town and none had received the order. I still do not know what florist was going to deliver the flowers because the florist never called even though I was told many times that they would email them and let them know to call me. Something is not right about a company that does not even know who the florist are. Beware to not order flowers through this company. Luckly, one of the florist I had called helped me out and was able to get a plant ready and delivered before the 11 am funeral. I learned my lesson, I will only order flowers directly from the florist. Looking at the blossomflorists.com web-site you think you are ordering from a local florisst because they say family owned company and 30 years in business. This company is a scam!
