Passport Renewal Appointment…
I had my passport renewed appointment booked for 10 AM. I had to wait first for almost 2 hours to as this place works on token base. Once I given my documents I have been asked to wait. After one hour when I went to ask them how long will it take them to finish with my file. I have been told soon as people after me were already done. Again when I went to ask, person who was handling my file was on lunch. It was already 3 PM when my documents were uploaded and they charged me for premium service which means I should be prioritized on time, but instead I had to wait 5 hours to get my work done. What’s the point if they are going to make you wait for 5-6 hours and still you have to pay for premium services :( :( :(

It’s in my wife name Jaswinder kaur
I submit my passport first for Renewel and damage and add my husband name so the agent there she add my status single and she told me it’s system glitch ok and charge 306$ then my passport come back again so she change all the details status from single to married but she entered my home address not the marriage address bcoz I got married in another state now again I am getting my passport back and again I paid 206$ . Now
I had to again fill the form and pay the fee again due to their staff working in bls .
I submit application In Brampton
I don’t know the lady name but the counter I get both time that is counter no 7 .
So now tell me whose mistake is this . If black is taking 100$ premium fee so that fee is for what purpose if they don’t fill a single form twice wrong .
Tell me how do I get justice in this

If zero stars were possible, I’d give that. Absolute worst service. My daughter’s Indian passport renewal was returned with false claims that the file number was wrong and that the photo and signature were missing—impossible, as the system will not generate the form without them. Calls go unanswered, and the query system is completely useless. Unprofessional, inefficient, and clearly more interested in making money through unnecessary Purolator returns than helping applicants. No wonder they are flooded with complaints. This is exactly what happens when there is a monopoly in the market.

Wish I could give minus.
Worthless staff. All they want is extra fees. Made my appointment twice. Everytime, they bring up something new. I brought an annexure document which they could have uploaded but they cancelled my appointment or offered me to pay extra $60 for uploading.
We cannot upload more than 5 documents online ( including photo and signature). They have deliberately complicated the process. I would rather make a trip to India and renew my passport there.

BLS is a very broken system
BLS is not equipped for the services they pretend to be providing their customers. I had the package completed and submitted in person but I had some mistakes which I admit for which I was sent back and had to resubmit. I then submitted the revised and corrected package via courier service and it was again sent back saying some information is incorrect and that its missing the father's signature at the mandatory form. This is not true since I had already done that. I am starting to believe that they genuinely don't want to give everyone OCI. My checklist was fully completed and the fees were already submitted. On top of that the customer service call lines have agents who are extremely rude and pretend like the person on the other line is an illiterate. Which is unfair because people are genuinely struggling with these applications and need help with the correct information. Also, the agent over the phone provided a different set of checklist which didn't cover everything that was mentioned at the BLS centre. You just have to be extremely lucky to get your application accepted its a lottery system. I am glad their contract is not getting renewed. Worst system ever.

their regina staff were rude and unhelpful. If you don't use their paid service, they treat you poorly and make the process difficult. their staff literally rude, misbehave and refused to take application properly asking unnecessary documents such as a printed appointment letter that wasn't require, they staff see their system without appointment not ask.
