The option to make the return on a local shop while ordering it from the online shop is peak service. It was handled fast and easy. Customer service was very friendly too.
All the products are as described and depicted. Shipping is fast too.
Really nothing to complain at all. An overall great shopping experience!

Bought some new balance rc42s, sold out in my size literally everywhere, so approached this with a healthy dose of skepticism.
Order went in, said delivery estimated 1st September. But they didn’t arrive. I used the WhatsApp customer service option and they said it should be the following week.
Anyway, I wait a week and on the date they’re due to be posted I get an email saying item delayed and with it a 10% discount on other items.
I contact the same customer service team and get told it’s been delayed coming from the warehouse.
At this point I’m assuming they don’t have the shoes available, especially given they were sold out basically everywhere else. So I ask the agent on the customer service line if they’re definitely coming, they say yes and it’ll be the following week.
A few days later, still no item, so I contacted customer services again who assured me it would be sent the following week.
Fast forward a day or two and I received the despatch notification.
The shoes were then sent via fed ex and arrived a few days earlier than the final estimate.
Okay so they listed something in stock when it wasn’t actively with them, but their customer service was easy, polite and assuring and the shoes arrived about 2 weeks late, but they arrived.
Overall I’m happy.

The website allowed me to select multiple products and accepted my payment, only to be told 4 days later that they couldn't fulfil my order. I had paid for express delivery, so being told this late was useless. The customer service from that point to try to sort out the delivery of the products they did have in stock was slow (a day between each message) and unhelpful.

They offer amazing deals from a wide range of brands, and the customer service is excellent. You can find equipment for almost any sport in their store, and if you’re looking for something specific, the staff will check if they can order it for you in another store from them. I’m really happy with my experience, both in-store and online. They always offer the best prices, and if there’s ever a mistake with an online order, they make it right by offering a discount as an apology. Honestly, I can’t say anything negative about my experiences it’s been great every time.

I was so excited to receive my first surfskate that I made sure to order it from a reputable brand like Blue Tomato.
Unfortunately the "2-4 business days" for shipping turned into over 2 weeks.
It's now been 2 weeks and the board is still not close to being at my home address.
The board was outside of EU??? And they ordered it to their address first - in Graz, Austria. I'm so confused, because when I ordered it, the website said it was still available.
If it's not available, and will take 2+ weeks to deliver. Please just inform me, and keep me updated.
I also asked for the tracking information from the board to their main warehouse in Graz - but was refused multiple times.
I just wanted to track the board, instead of guessing where it might be.
This gives me the feeling that they never had the board in the first place.
I've had to cancel the order and will be ordering somewhere else, as I don't trust Blue Tomato anymore.
EDIT: To Melissa: I wrote to support via e-mail 2 times, asking for more information. I then contacted Blue Tomato via Whatsapp and was told I won't be receiving any updates until the board is with you in Graz. All I wanted was the tracking information of where the board is, on the way to Graz and THEN on the way to me. I contacted Blue Tomato multiple times and was ignored/not given the information or transparency that I clearly asked for. I was also not told that it would be a delay of 2+ weeks. I was simply told "it's slightly delayed". I will never be buying from Blue Tomato again based on this experience. And have already purchased a board elsewhere.

Ordering was easy. Delivering fast with 2 days between ordering and arrival. Package was extra sealed and stylish. The shoes I ordered were completely fine and not having a single flaw. I can also tell they were never on other feed than mine like store shoes often have.

Item not in stock, delays on delivery.
Ordered an item, no issues, was then told they dont have the item and are waiting for it to be dispatched from someone else, why sell the item in the first place? Was told 9 days later its still not in stock offered a token gesture of 10 euro on next order LOL. GIven I have not have my first order, why would I order again. Cancelled, after 2 weeks of waiting. Would not use again.
Ps the reply is not accurate it was 9 days after, 3 days after there expected delivery date.
