Visited the Cardiff Branch not so long ago to have a few piercings done! I gotta thank Robyn shes fab, nice caring and helped me out to buy the right Jewellery! Thank you so much!! 🫶🏻

I honestly would not go anywhere else to have a piercing than the Cardiff store, the staff on the counter were so lovely and even joked with me about having to come back to have the second one done. I felt like they totally understood peoples decision, Robyn who did my piercing the first time also did the one when I returned and honestly like the first time made me feel comfortable and said how well I had looked after the first one which was really encouraging. Would recommend the Cardiff store to anyone looking to get a piercing, what genuinely love people and Robyn was perfect, thank you.

i had a lovely lady named robin doing my piercing yesterday, she made me feel so comfortable and did the piercing amazing 10/10 would recommend, definitely will be coming back soon!

Had both nipples pierced at Cardiff by Robyn Li, I was really nervous but Robyn really helped calm my nerves, she spoke about the whole process & aftercare in great detail, always asked if I had questions about anything and made sure I was happy and comfortable.
Robyn made my experience such a positive one and overall I am so happy with the outcome of my piercings and the amazing service provided. Thank you so much.

The other day I went to get snakebites for the first time, i was very nervous and unsure of the pain and results it would cause to my lips. The manager was lovely to talk to and reassured me they wouldn’t be as bad as the internet makes out they could be. After 30 minutes of booking I was seen by this woman who spoke to me through the whole process explaining what she was doing and what I should do to look after them, we decided where I wanted my snakebites to be and proceeded. pain rate 2/10 and it was over very quickly. After the small amount of swelling afterwards a day later i have 0/10 pain and 1/10 swelling. This confirms that the placements were very professional and no nerves or veins were nipped in the process. 100% will come again for any future piercings!! 💞

Went in to get my naval piercing but the woman at the desk told me I didn't have the correct anatomy for one which I really appreciated rather than them just piercing anyway. Instead I asked for a conch piercing and was genuinely shocked on how quickly and smoothly my piercer got it done. Thank you so much 🫶🫶

I had mell make my piercing session go so smoothly,I had my nipples pierced and she was so calm and coordinated I did not have one bit of anxiety with her ,and her patience is so professional,she gave me time to breathe for my second one and I was so happy with how precise and quick she was ,it was over in seconds ,such a lovely soul,girls if your body conscious ask for mell!

I visited today, 10.01.2026 in the Cardiff branch. I was immediately greeted with a smile and politeness. I booked to have a 'rook' piercing and was pierced by Neve, what an absolute star, she was very patient (I asked for the location to be changed 3 times ...sorry Neve), polite, reassuring and talked me through every step. Neve had a student with her during my visit and I was asked if that was ok with me, I was very happy to accommodate the student (who was also extremely polite and friendly), I was made to feel that my custom was very much appreciated, I would highly recommend Neve and Blue Banana for all piercings 💙 xx

Had my second ear lobes and both nipples pierced today by Neve! She was so lovely and made me feel so at ease! I’ve waited about 2 years to finally get them all done and I wouldn’t have gone anywhere else! Would definitely recommend! Thank you all! X

Beautiful dress and super fast delivery

Had a change-over of eyebrow jewellery today. The piercer was so gentle and calm, absolutely fabulous. I love this place and the people in it, they create a lovely vibe of inclusivity…it’s very special.

Saw some items in store that my daughter wanted for Christmas. Staff in store are super friendly and kind. Ordered when I got home to make it a surprise for her. Quick and easy process, no issues at all.

The shop has a lot of amazing alternative clothes. I was there to find Nirvana t-shirts. There is a huge selection of band merch there. I really loved the shop and everyone seems friendly.

The piercer neve Whitaker was absolutely amazing with me. So welcoming and made me feel at ease

My piercer was amazing and incredibly fast with the piercing process. She made sure my placement was symmetrical which im so happy about. I will definitely be coming back for canine bites.

Getting pierced here is a lovely experience. I’ve been three times now. It starts from when Vicky books you in. Vicky is one of the loveliest people you will ever meet, and makes you feel so comfortable and welcome. Once you’ve been assisted in choosing the best jewellery for your purpose, you get pierced by a fantastic piercer. Today I had Rosie, who was so kind and calm, and extremely precise with placement. We had a great chat, and I left feeling terrific and thrilled with my new piercings.
