My daughter and I went to Swindon store on Saturday and had a great experience. From the young lady on the till who went through everything so clearly and knowledgeable on correct piercings for my daughters naval to advice on my tragus. We saw Amber and Callum and the experience was exceptional! Amber and Callum made us feel at complete ease, the procedures for both piercings was flawless and we will definitely be returning so see Amber again. Thank you for such a positive and happy experience for my daughter’s first piercing!

Had naval pierced by a lovely girl but I’ve since read in a reputable piercing shop your anatomy should be checked thoroughly whether a naval piercing is suitable the bar used was way to small so I have been in pain for over a week and this morning had to go through the pain of removing the piercing myself I did ask in the store what size they use and it’s clear they don’t have much selection 10mm are used for everyone when we’re not all the same shape and size, really annoyed it’s obviously a case of money first rather than customer , I suggest you should be checking people’s anatomy for naval piercings thoroughly for example sat up aswell as laid down … maybe you should offer floating navals too I’m now £40 pound out of pocket because the jewellery was far too small to allow for swelling , incredibly painful experience for the last nearly 2 weeks trying to bare with it and I’ve got my nipppes pierced so can deal with pain but yes really disappointed definitely won’t return to blue banana again ! Something to bare in mind people they don’t check you are suitable for the piercing they just take the money and crack on

Really good customer service when walking in, my piercer Gee was very lovely and reassured me of any question I had as I was very nervous. Gee made the experience so calm and talked me through what she was going to do before & after I did my belly piercing. Would definitely recommend coming here and I will in the future.

Both my daughters have had piercings done at Blue Banana for 6 years now. Every time, the staff have been wonderful and friendly. I can't remember all the piercing technicians names, but this most recent visit was with Gee. She did my younger daughters second ear piercings, and my eldest daughter got her belly button pierced, which is her 12th piercing.
My youngest was a bit nervous, but Gee made sure she was happy with the placement before continuing and was very reassuring to my daughter.
Will definately use them again!

Gee pierced my nose today and from the moment I arrived she was so lovely. She was so calming, reassuring and kind.
I would definitely recommend her. 10/10!!

Went into blue banana in swindon to have my nose piercing changed. I had a very difficult ring to remove but Amber persevered and managed to change my piercing for me. 5 star customer service and really helpful and friendly staff throughout the store.

Had my first piercing in 4 years! Recently turned 18 never been on my own and have a fear of needles, made me feel comfortable and my nose piercing looks great! Finished work next door from then at 3 was out and pierced by 3:21! I think I had Gee she was lovely! Definitely going to get my seconds in my ears next time!

I've loved everything I've got from blue banana, the quality is fantastic and I'll definitely be buying from them again. I haven't ordered online before but the shipping was rly fast and didn't cost to much.

Went in for a septum and it came out incredibly crooked, not worth the money. If you’re under 16 and are planning on getting your septum pierced please just wait to get it done somewhere else, save yourself the money and disappointment.

Amazing service yet again from all the staff at Blue Banana Swindon. My 5th piercing today at this shop, and I can honestly say over the course of 10 years going to them all the staff are so helpful, polite, knowledgeable and really put your mind at rest. They are honest when you ask about pain for the different piercings and from this I have never been disillusioned for what to expect. Thanks again, I will be back once I find somewhere I want to pierce.

I was pierced by Chelsea she was fab! She took time to talk threw the piercing and the cleaning before and after she made sure I was happy with the placement and was just very calming.. the girls behind the counter checked threw the forms took time to speak and made suggestions on jewellery they are all just really lovely
