I had such an amazing experience at this piercing shop! From the moment I arrived, I felt completely at ease. Ana, who did my piercing, was absolutely fantastic — so friendly, reassuring, and professional throughout the whole appointment. She explained everything clearly, made sure I was comfortable, and her attention to cleanliness and hygiene was outstanding.

As it was a private piercing, Hannah was brought in as a chaperone, which I really appreciated. She was lovely and helped make the whole experience feel even more comfortable and professional.

The atmosphere was very relaxed and welcoming, while still being extremely professional. Everything was spotless, organised, and clearly held to a very high standard. I couldn’t be happier with the service I received and would highly recommend this shop to anyone considering a piercing. Thank you again to Ana and Hannah for such a positive experience!

Had a change of Tragus piercing Hannah was so sweet and gentle, would definitely go back if I need any piercing done or changed…

Id had trouble with my helix getting irritated and hurting but once i switched to blue banana's jewellery, its not had any problems at all

I went to Blue Banana for a side labret piercing. And i'm a person who gets really nervous about a lot of things. But when i was getting it done. I wasnt scared at all.. the piercers were so sweet and talked me through everything. And since i've had the piercing. They have been open to awnsering questions i have about my healing process!

I had one the most sweetest piercers ever, Sophie to be exact! She made me feel really comfortable and spoke to me throughout the whole process; While also instructing me on how to take care of my piercings!!

I recently went to Blue Banana Wolverhampton for a daith piercing and I honestly couldn’t recommend them enough! I’m not the best when it comes to piercings, but the piercer was absolutely brilliant — so patient, reassuring, and really put me at ease. The whole process was quick, professional, and nowhere near as scary as I thought it would be.

The shop itself is clean, welcoming, and has such a great atmosphere. I also picked up some jewellery while I was there — the range is amazing, and the staff were really helpful in helping me choose something that suited me perfectly.

If you’re nervous about piercings (like me!) or just want high-quality jewellery with great service, Blue Banana Wolverhampton is definitely the place to go. I’ll 100% be back!

I have been going to Blue Banana for quite a few years now to have my piercings and wouldn’t go anywhere else. The staff are welcoming, knowledgeable and friendly. The piercing studio is spotlessly clean and you are always put at ease.

Only ordered this cause I regretted not buying it when I was in the shop solid lovely sliver skull with black stones in the eyes. Lovely

I went in today and ended up with the cutest hidden helix piercing, I had the best experience possible when getting a piercing Zoe was absolutely incredible I was nervous as I hadn't had a piercing since I had one done wrong at a different company and she just made me feel more confident about getting the piercing I had wanted for such a long time I'm so utterly pleased with it and id highly recommend.

Absolutely amazing staff. I had my nose pierced again (spare of the moment) and I was looked after and have had no issues. I purchased the nose jewellery and I have to say the rainbow ring as lovely, the clasp is very strong and the feel is smooth with no rough edges. Amazing value and top notch quality.

I cannot express enough how amazing this establishment is. All the staff are helpful , kind genuine people and I am so impressed with the compassion and professionalism of all the staff here.
I went to have my belly pierced or should I say re-pierced after 30 years and I was an absolute nervous wreck. Deanna was absolutely amazing, never met anybody like her but she was amazing from start to finish. I was so impressed went home and took my kids back to get their ears pierced an hour later. You get a little blue banana bag with cleaning solution, which we have used every day, and all 3 of us have had no trouble with our piercings whatsoever.The store itself is professional, clean and all the staff know what to do when you don’t feel to good. It is full of some amazing funky items aswell!
Deanna was exceptionally reassuring and I cannot recommend this little gem store enough! My kids are counting down the days to go back and choose different earrings! Thankyou to all the team in the store you are super people and make a huge difference to people .

UPDATE: Blue Banana asked for my details in response to this review, which I provided, and still they did nothing. No one reached out to me. Honestly my opinion of this company is getting worse and worse.

I visited for a septum piercing and unfortunately the piercer did a bad job, the piercing was wonky both vertically and horizontally. Her suggestion was to swap the jewellery for a smaller piece once healed to hide the unevenness. I showed the piercing to the store's head piercer on the way out, who proceeded to gaslight me by saying it looked straight. I visited a different piercing shop who confirmed that the piercing was incorrectly done and that I should take it out ASAP. They were shocked that someone could pierce it like that and not immediately try to resolve it.

To make matters worse, Blue Banana refused to give me a refund because I had taken the piercing out myself instead of returning to the shop to have them take it out.

AVOID this place for piercings especially placements that require any level of skill! Not somewhere to be trusted with something as permanent and visible as piercings. Not only are they likely to do a bad job, they will gaslight you and make you feel like you're the problem, and try to stop you getting the refund you deserve. They do not care about their customers.

Every time I visit Blue Banana all the staff are really helpful and friendly.
My piercing healed well with no issues and appropriate aftercare advice was given.
An extra mention for Deanna as she is so very helpful and goes the extra mile to ensure 100% customer satisfaction. I can't thank you enough for all the help sorting my extra jewellery out-helping to show me how to bend the bars etc.

Popped in today to see if they could fit me in to have my 2nd lobes pierced. From start to finish the experience I had today at Blue Banana was fantastic. I’m so sorry but with all the excitement I didn’t get any names, but from the welcome at the counter, and being recommended everything I needed, to the piercing experience (lady with pink hair), it was just lovely. Everything was explained as it was done, lots of chat to calm the nerves and very clean. I’ll definitely be back for my next piercing once these have healed. Thank you to the team at Blue Banana for such a great experience.
