Worst experience of customer service…

Worst experience of customer service ever!
I have a damaged jumper after just 2 wears and @BlueBananaBrand will not send a refund.
I reported the issue on the 26th January and it is still not resolved. Why?
I asked for an Hoja de Reclamacion and I get no reply.
Super disappointing to have such poor service.
I thought the hoodie was great and for the price you think you will have something that will be well made and last a long time, unfortunately this is not the case. I would not recommend buying anything from this company as they are not willing to help you. Very sad and frustating when they have taken your money and you are left with an inferior product.

Dont buy from this company. They wont refund myself or my laryner for goods sent back.

Thiefs

Thiefs, people please avoid and don't buy. New generation crap company with zero respect and zero knowledge how to manage business. Zero customer service, take your money and keep silent. Will have to provide evidence to customer rights company to get my money back.. hope this company goes bankrupt!!!!!

Return/Exchange of order a Sweat and Vans sneakers…

I purchased a Sweat and Vans sneakers through the Blue Banana website. The sweat color was not what I expected and I need to return it. The VANS appeared on both LEFT FEET.
Order: #BB1479779
I have already sent several emails to the company to complete the return and the response is always AI and never a human element, which makes it difficult to resolve the issue! I sent the first email on 10/28/2025. When I try to call the number that appears - it is disconnected!
Sad!
If you are not sure of the colors and what you are buying DO NOT BUY ONLINE!!!!!

Tuve una mala experiencia inicial con la empresa de reparto (Paack), pero el equipo de Blue Banana, y en especial Ana de atención al cliente, convirtió la situación en algo totalmente positivo.
Desde el primer momento, Ana se implicó de verdad: respondió rápido, hizo seguimiento del problema y gestionó el envío de otra sudadera con otra empresa de reparto, que llegó sin ningún problema.
Se nota cuando una marca tiene personas que se preocupan sinceramente por sus clientes, y en este caso Ana ha sido un ejemplo de profesionalidad, empatía y eficacia.
Gracias a ella he pasado de una experiencia muy frustrante a querer seguir confiando en Blue Banana.

I initially had a bad experience with the delivery company (Paack), but the Blue Banana team – and especially Ana from customer support – turned everything into a very positive experience.

From the beginning, Ana truly got involved: she answered quickly, followed up on the issue, and arranged for a new hoodie to be sent with a different delivery company, which arrived with no problems at all.

You can tell when a brand has people who genuinely care about their customers, and Ana is a perfect example of professionalism, empathy and efficiency.

Thanks to her, what started as a very frustrating situation ended up making me want to keep trusting Blue Banana.

A very grateful customer.

Great clothes, terrible customer service

TLDR; I ordered on November 29th, still waiting.

I've been ordering from this brand for years. The clothes are really high quality and the shipping speed has always been fast, until now.

I placed an order on November 29th, and on December 2nd an email told me the order was being shipped. Normally it would only take a few days to arrive, but weeks went by and the DHL tracking information stayed the same. "The shipper has generated a shipping label but the shipment has not yet been delivered to DHL."

I sent multiple emails to Blue Banana and received no response. I sent them messages on Instagram and never heard back. I commented on their latest Instagram post asking for help. Many others have done the same thing. BB just deletes the comments and offers no help. I tried getting in touch on Whatsapp, but the robot on there is not helpful.

They sent a mass email to their customers saying they were sorry for all the delays, and they were working to get things sorted. That was on Dec 26 and still nothing has arrived.

I was able to get in touch with the customer service manager who said she would see why my order hasn't left the warehouse yet. That was a few weeks ago and I haven't gotten my clothes nor a reply.

It's really too bad to see how far this once amazing brand has fallen. The silence from customer service and the deletion of Instagram comments speaks volumes. I'm not sure what they're doing, but it's not working. Their customer base is being destroyed and they just keep posting videos of the team going on adventures.

They seem to be opening up more physical stores while letting the quality of the original online store suffer. Are they going to close the online store? By the amount of other frustrated customers, it seems they are still accepting orders but aren't actually sending anything out.

I'm hopeful I will eventually get the clothes I ordered, but I doubt that will happen at this point.

*Update* I have since received a reply from customer service. Basically they say something happened with my order and it isn't coming. It's unfortunate that I waited two months just to get to this point. That said, I have gotten my money back.

I may consider ordering again in the future as the clothes are nice, but definitely not until this company gets its act together. I will give it at least six months to one year before I do so, and will keep watching Trustpilot to see how others are fairing before taking another risk.

I have requested the return of an item…

I have requested the return of an item I purchased. A pickup was scheduled at my home for a specific day. I stayed home all day waiting, but no one showed up to collect it.

I have already sent an email to them and have not received any response. I also sent a message through the website and still received no reply. It has been almost three weeks, and I have yet to hear anything from them, and they have all the information to respond!!!

I am now starting to worry, especially after noticing the large number of negative comments and fraud accusations on the brand Instagram page.

It’s hard to believe that a brand doing well in Portugal does not have a decent customer service system.

Don't buy this brand!

Bad customer experience

Nobody answers contact requests. I placed an order that was sent in two separate packages. One package arrived, but the other one hasn't. Now the order status shows as 'completed,' even though one item is missing.
