I waited several days for my order to arrive before I spotted an email saying my order had not been fulfilled. This company seems to have a habit of taking customers money and not fulfilling orders with no explanation as to why. I would recommend contacting the company before you place an order to see if they have in stock what you want because they are either too lazy to update their Web site or they are scamming their customers.

I paid for my order a few days ago, and today I received a message that they're refunding my money within 10 days! Order canceled! No reason given! Worst website I've ever dealt with! I'm reporting them to my bank for fraud!

Ordered with these straight away got a message saying il be getting s refund within next 10 days emailed them twice now and still not heard nothing. I will not be using these ever again which is there loss as I spend lots of vapes. Avoid Avoid

Placed an order. Funds were taken immediately I then received an email 1 minute later stating my order has been cancelled but with no explanation why and I will receive my refund within 10 days.i have email the company 3 times in 3 days and have received no response or explanation.clearly a scam Avoid Avoid Avoid

Still not received my order yet so hard to rate fairly.

Didn’t receive what I ordered, sent a complaint email and never got a response. Called after 7 days and spoke to someone who was very helpful and explained what I ordered was discontinued. Offered part refund and a future discount.

Although they didn't have the product I've ordered, I couldn't help but praise the work Sandy from sales did to help and support my order until I was satisfied. She work above and beyond. Great response and would order again.

Supply issues meant that my order could not be processed straight away. I was called and advised about the situation and the order was despatched as soon as stock became available.
