I’ve been with BOS since September 2022 and like any investment journey (or new business startup) worth taking, it’s had its’ challenges. The trading period and its’ aftermath tested us all — trust was shaken, and it wasn’t easy whatsoever. What stood out to me though, was how BOS responded.

They didn’t make excuses. They took real action — building new structures, finding smarter alternatives, and staying true to the their goal. That kind of resilience and accountability is rare. The BOS management team and Support staff show up everyday. Since then, I’ve seen genuine change: stronger systems, clearer communication, and most importantly, ownership from management.

What I love about the Society, is the community. A large group of likeminded individuals, many of which I have met and have made longterm friendships.

There’s still room to grow, but I believe BOS is on the right track — and I’m proud to still be part of it.

As someone who has been a company doctor and had to review, assess, strategically redesign and sculpt many companies in trouble, implement new visions and directions, and turn them around, I looked at BOS as a company that shares vetted startup opportunities to its members. I well know the very small percent success rates of any company, let alone in this "New World" we are supposedly operating in. BOS is still evolving, but the model is robust, their motivation, expertise and energy levels are high and the diversification of opportunities is impressive. There have been delays during a transition period, but the way those were addressed speaks to a mature leadership team. It’s not a traditional setup — and that’s exactly why it works. They are looking for real solutions in a new frontier world of massive pretends, failures and scams. They have been misled too, but have taken responsibility and accountability for looking after their members. Which is unheard of in this modern world of commerce. They are searching for solutions and breaking and proving new ground in the transition from centralised to decentralised operations and finance. As they say: "Most of the Pioneers were shot by the Indians!" BOS is still representing us and is closing in on ground breaking solutions that I believe will set the fundamentals and foundations for their and my future security. ”

Blue Ocean Society is often referred to by its acronym "BOS". Whatever you want to call it. I'm good. Things are churning a little slow right now, but they are churning. BOS contacts me quite frequently. Who does that?

I am Gen-Z girl. BOS blows up my email weekly, almost daily. They are on top of their game. They keep me in the loop. I am in some really cool investment islands inside of BOS. I have had the opportunity to invest in things that I could not have invested in outside of BOS. I am riding this horse (BOS) as long as it is alive. I have made progress like you would not believe. I am not trying to pull money out. I am trying to put more in. The BOS experience has been life-changing.

I've been with Blue Ocean Society since their beginning. I'm not their smallest investor, but definitely not with the "big guys" either. I've found BOS to be open an honest in their dealings; sometimes thru problems, but they have delivered. I was most impressed with their handling of the stock issue....their broker made a significant miss-judgement on the timing of the market. BOS, instead of having us cut our loses; came up with a brilliant new opportunity to, not only recover original investments but to also recover and multiply missed profits. Yes, some time was required, but I don't know any other company that wouldn't have just said "sorry, there is risk involved" and left us with, maybe, our original investment but no profits for the two years. BOS is the only private investment club I've found that works so hard to be sure everyone wins.

My experience with Blue Ocean Society (BOS) has been phenomenal; this is not to say that it has been perfect. I have been a member for 3 years and have received extraordinary benefits. I have had more interactions and personal follow-ups with BOS than with all of my other financial institutions combined. I saw how BOS responded when things got difficult — not by walking away, but by stepping up, rebuilding, and protecting its members. If there is a downside, it is probably that BOS tries too hard to please the naysayers (haters). That is what haters do; they hate. There has never been a time period in which BOS has not kept in contact with me as a member. Delayed does not mean denied. I believe BOS's future is bright. I'm staying the course.

As someone who runs multiple ventures, I tend to measure things by structure, execution, and risk-to-reward ratios. BOS is still evolving, but the model is robust and the diversification of opportunities is impressive. I joined BOS in its early stages and have seen it evolve into something truly distinctive. What drew me in wasn’t just access to unique opportunities — it was the clarity of purpose and the community mindset that underpins everything. Over time, there were inevitable challenges, but I’ve been consistently impressed by the way BOS responded: thoughtfully, transparently, and with the long game in mind. It’s rare to find a space where values and action align so well.

I’ve been a part of other platforms that talk a big game, but most of them folded, disappeared or made excuses when things got tough.

In my opinion, BOS has been different.

They’ve proven, through their actions, not just words, that they stand behind what they say. When adversity hit, the didn't flinch. They took 100% responsibility, faced the challenge head-on, and did what needed to be done to protect the community. That loyalty and resilience is rare. They earned my trust and earned my respect.

What sets BOS apart is the access they provide. They’ve opened doors to opportunities that most people would never even know existed, let alone have the chance to join. The real power of this club is in its community—bringing together like-minded people, pooling resources, and creating leverage that simply isn’t possible alone. It’s a brilliant concept, and BOS has executed it the right way.

I also respect their mindset. They’re not afraid to pivot, innovate, and make improvements. If something isn’t working, they don’t hold on to it out of pride. They fix it and do what needs to be done to make it better. They understand business at a high level, but more importantly, they understand people. Every decision they make is driven by the long-term success of their members.

The support team is professional, approachable, and they care about the members. They do their best to get things resolved quickly and clearly, and they do respond to every member.

Nothing is perfect and BOS isn’t perfect, but nothing worth doing ever is. The difference is how they show up when it counts. They’ve built a culture of trust, transparency, and shared success. They have built a very solid foundation and I believe they will be around for a very long time.

I have been in BOS since Nov 2022, and it’s been an exciting journey not only meeting like minded people but also making wonderful lifetime connections with a true community feel about it. As someone who understands the ups and downs in business, especially new start-ups, BOS has also had some headwinds to work through, especially the trading period, however BOS are here to stay. The Leaders and the Team show up every day, every week continually finding alternative solutions to pivot if required or restructuring and refining as every good business does. I believe in the direction they are going and look forward to what’s ahead. “Onward and Upward BOS”.

The list of failed offerings seems endless at this point in time. The primary (and at the time only offering), the trading island, failed to ever do as stated in terms of being passive income or providing monthly payments. Withdrawals were paused under the guise of it being better for the overall good of the fund, meaning people who expected monthly payments were asked to wait from April until December. This was sweetened by the promise of increasing monthly interest based on funds being undisturbed. A bigger declaration was made in June, but none thereafter. When December came, it was obvious there were issues as the final declaration was late in coming. This, coupled with people being asked if they could stagger withdrawals over the first four months of 2024, sadly resulted in a tiny percentage, primarily small or partial withdrawals, ever happening, in spite of being promised they would happen initially by February and then by April. Again, to sweeten the deal, we were told in December our monthly guarantee for interest for 2024 would be 12%, not 7.5%.

In August to December of 2023, some short-duration "Rally Islands" were opened. Apart from the first one, they ALL failed.

So far as I am aware, not one single island in 2023 or 2024 has provided a return on investment (ROI) to investors to this date.

There was another 110-day island which promised a minimum double-your-money deal. This also never happened, and people are now receiving about 1.5% a month on the return.

New islands with money-back guarantees were offered in mid-2024. This island has never launched, and the money has never been refunded by the island owner, Matthew.

In mid-2024, via the owner of the above island, a new miracle solution materialized: a magical bond of two billion dollars to pay all of 2023 and 2024 withdrawals, along with a raft of loans and lines of credit all big enough to suffice withdrawals by October 7th, the latest.

Here we are in May 2025. No magic bond, no lines of credit, no money. None of the plans A through E have materialized on any level, and all questions are simply ignored.

A new advisor this year has facilitated a series of new Private Placement Islands, promising huge returns. To this date, not one has paid out, with the fourth about to launch.

At the end of 2024, having promised all year our funds would come, they dropped a bombshell: there was no money, and we would now be given an illiquid token valued at nothing as it's not trading, in lieu of payment. But that's not the 12% per month over the 12 months, but only until April 1st, which seems mighty convenient. However, they will overinflate the value and allow you to use their groundbreaking fintech app, Tribe 360I, to borrow up to 50% of the liquid token's value and pay interest on it to essentially pay yourself back. It sounded too good to be true, and it seems it was. This is in spite of being told they had lenders ready to provide 400 million in loans; only a handful ever came to fruition, all small.

Now I saw emails to some members being asked to beg and cower to be allowed into the app or to pay back emergency loans before being allowed entry.

They allow zero challenge to their narratives, and anyone breaking this rule has comments deleted and is removed from the community, making it feel very cult-like.

I am aware we all have different experiences, and perhaps the ones with 5-star reviews here are the privileged inner circle who get looked after to spread positive vibes, but I have followed numerous external groups and personally have not met one person who has been funded, paid, or is able to believe a word Ellis says.

Other than the part about favoured ,embers getting paid to instil belief in the platform , which is supposition , the rest of my review is based 100% in unemotional fact

"100 percent scam" claim is just untrue! This is totally not fair to BoS that this type of claim be stated. It seems to me that this person has been hurt by previous scams in their life. So have I! Way more times than I want to tell. This is an "overseas investment" (true) "ponzi scheme" (very false). Is it true that early investors actually made money on this scheme? Absolutely! All good pyramid and or ponzi schemes payout high dividends to initial investors. This is how these schemes gain a sense of legitimacy and lure in additional investors. Eventually, as with all schemes of this nature, the system implodes and collapses on itself leaving the majority of investors void of their initial investment. Initial investors are paid using the money of additional investors. Pyramid scheme 101. Investors can and do make money off of these schemes but if you don't get in on the ground floor and you aren't smart enough to quit while you're ahead you will lose every penny you invest. (Correct - All that is true) This is not a legitimate investment opportunity. (Again very false) Do your research. (Always) There is zero online foot print for this company. (And why do you think this is??? I know why and I LOVE IT!!!!) It is operating out of the Caribbean/Caymans. That should be a HUGE red flag right there. (Typically I would agree, but absolutely not with this one) This company is simply robbing Peter to pay Paul but now Peter is broke and there is no money left to steal to pay Paul. (This company is not robbing Peter or anyone for that matter) Do not continue to find this illegitimate investment scam. (I assume you meant to type "fund"? I will absolutely continue to deposit more and more personal funds into my BoS account. I have been a member for over a year now. Everything that was supposed to happen in my account has 100% happened. A delay issue of the past has been remedied and won't be any issue moving forward. I have witnessed BoS step up and fix issues that weren't even the fault of their own. (When they didn't have to). This IS a legitimate company. And the strength of the company which also benefits all us members is only getting better. I love that I took a chance and made the decision to become a member of the BoS family! STOP posting false and defamatory reviews!

Update as of 08/01/2025:
Another year down. Does BOS still have things to fix? Absolutely 💯. But is BOS taking active measures to do so? Absolutely 💯. In the last year have I deposited more funds into my BoS account like I said I would? Absolutely I 💯 did! Do I see BOS rectifying all the current issues? 💯 I DO! DO I see BOS lasting decades to come? At this point yes I do.

I am very proud of the BOS family for never quiting and tirelessly making solutions to our challenges! If you are not a part of our BOS family or you are a hater, stay in your own lane. We good over here. Don't worry about us!

Update as of 08/27/2026:
I am still a member that believes in the mission. And yes, I too am a member that is still awaiting locked up funds from the old structure. I am still here and so is BOS! But BOS has pivoted. And the new path is showing positive results for almost a year now. I will just keep that very generic as details are not for public knowledge. Even if BOS returned all funds owed to me today, I am not going anywhere!

I guess I will post another update next year! :)

BOS is a wonderful company. They strive for giving their members a better future by diversifying their investments. I have really enjoyed dealing with them and their communication is excellent. The investments are great!

I have enjoyed my experience with the program. There are different investment opportunities, I'm getting paid monthly from some and others are not at there performance point yet but all looks promising. The communications are good which in my past experiences with investments, good communications is important.

Definitely not a scam website! Been with them for almost a year and got paid numerous times. Delays in some opportunities, but not due to the owners from my point of view. Very happy with all doors that they have opened for me personally.
